I brought my Toyota Rav4 to install a roof rack on Team Collision, however, they did more damage to my car, I feel like. There were some dirty hand print on the inside of the car, I can live with those stains as they can be removed, but they didn't do so. What bothers me the most is that when they handed me the car, they had broken the grab handle on passenger side and at first the man was willing to change it, and so he told me to wait because he needed to order the piece from Toyota itself, that was a year ago, they never called me, in fact, I kept calling them to ask if the piece had arrived yet only to tell me it was still in shipping, well, it's been over a year now and the grab handled "has not arrived". I'm pretty sure that once that person sees this review, he'll know who I am. So I'm wondering, will they ever take responsibility or not? Because, honestly, it's been over a year and I'm sure that's what they wanted, for us to forget about it, but there is no way we can forget about it since that piece is still broken in my car... and we have to warn others to be careful. We have a grandma that needs somewhere to grab onto to enter the car but with that piece broken, it's a lot harder for her.
So this is why I'm giving one star. There are some other minor mistakes done, but all i want is for them to fix the grab handle.

It took almost three months to fix my car, they gave it to me supposedly fixed. We had to take it back because we tested drive it and didn't feel right. Funny how they thought we wouldnt notice, but they gave it back with the SRT Badge glued with double sided tape, unbelievable. I lost count of how many times I called and went to ask if it was ready because no one called me to let me know. I knew you were annoyed by me since I was always calling to see when my vehicle was going to be fixed. I felt they did not care. They wouldn't get ahold of me unless I was calling to check. I don't recommend this place. They could do better customer service.

Team Ford is great to deal with. Sales person, Keith did a wonderful job explaining all of the new features with my wife's new F150. They followed up and make sure everything is going well with the new vehicle. Would Highly recommend that dealership.

I was about 3.5 hours into a 4 hour trip north when my vehicle decided to not work. I had my dog with me, and was also having some serious back issues on top of that. I had my vehicle towed to Team since they were the closest Jeep dealer. Everyone there could tell I was stressed and not amused, but each person there was incredibly kind. I don’t know if it’s allowed & I hope they don’t get in trouble for me posting this but they even allowed me to bring my dog inside the building to cool off. She’s not a service dog & I never bring her into businesses so this is not something I would normally ever expect or ask or even plan for, so I was grateful that they not only allowed that, but also didn’t make me feel badly about it.I don’t know a crazy amount about vehicles but I know enough to know when I’m being screwed. They seriously could’ve taken me for a ride on this and they didn’t. They were honest & the mechanic and I even joked as he described the issue. Turns out my fuel gauge sensor is broken & I just ran out of gas (tank still said 1/4 full). The problem may be costly to fix, but isn’t something that can’t be managed safely for the time being. I just appreciate the team for being so kind when I was not in a great place & for renewing my faith in humanity.

Great folks to do business with and willing to work with you. Couple things needed brought up to my expectations on a truck I wanted to purchase and they immediately put their TEAM right on the job and I was able to drove it off the lot later that day. Very happy. Thank you!
