I refuse to take any vehicle I own to this place. Nor would I allow my enemy.. We got taken for over $4500.00 in two payments. For our truck then found out. They were breaking it. So we had to continue. Bringing it back in funny thing is. We never got a proper detailed receipt. Like we did when we got it fixed properly. Thanks to our new mechanic. We no longer have the issue's we had. When we went to Mohrs..

Took my friend for her scheduled oil change today. No one there when we dropped it off so she left a note. We returned 45 minutes after her SCHEDULED appt only to be told, we won't have time to do it today. Earliest time is now next week. Worst customer service ever! I've worked in a shop and scheduled appts always take priority.
