I have always received excellent window service when mailing packages or purchasing stamps. The wait is never too long and the clerks are helpful and pleasant. Even help when they must download mailing labels from my phone.

I am very disappointed in this service. I never got my package it says its in Decorah but it didn't come. Please when you are delivering packages please take it to the right place. Sincerely very disappointed Customer

A quaint little post office for a small town. I've had friendly service everyone I've been there. I have not had any issues with packages or mail, but I don't have a P.O. box with them.
