I really like it if a package is delivered by FedEx. I can take those immediately in the house. But with packages from UPS they are so dusty that they need to be cleaned before I take them inside. This has been this way for years. Please get better trucks.

I'm getting tired of them running around 60 mph in front of my house we live on a gravel road and if it wasnt for me being in the road and him seeing me he would of hit my daughter in the side of the car door I'm gonna start to take videos of this and turn them into the sheriff office if we have traffic laws so does the ups drivers fyi drive with some brains

The UPS drivers that do deliveries in the postville area, are phenomenal ? . a shame that some companies still use other delivery services, UPS IS THE BEST.

I live in Hideaway Hills in Lansing and who ever the driver that delivers in this area is, is driving way to fast in our area. Please just have them slow down! This is a private residential area with kids and pets! There is also a speed limit sign posted!

I have always had good experiences here until today. I didn’t know I was supposed to have separate boxes for each item for an Amazon return. She was upset and opened my package, printed a label for each and tossed an item out. She said she would pack the other in a bag. I hope she did. Besides this incident, they do a good job. The other rep is very quick and nice. Makes it easy to stop by.

I live in a small town and this is the 3rd time my package says at front door and it's not here. I'm guessing it was delivered some where else again. Last time it was 3 blocks away and not even close to my address still waiting to see if this one shows up.
