We are in town on a road trip staying at BnB’s, wow, exploring my psi on my tire kept going down. We took a quick detour to Decorah tires to see if they could help me out. I was having a few moments of mom panic. It was just me and the kids and the hilly curvy roads were the last place I wanted to get stuck with the flat tire. I explained my issue to the lady at the front desk and she was so extremely helpful and kind. She gave us a rental van so I could load the kids up and go get something to eat with them and by the time we were done eating within 45 minutes, they had my tire fixed and ready to go. This was a huge relief and so extremely helpful.. The whole experience, and the customer service just blew my mind with how helpful they were. Cannot thank them enough.

We had a tire blow out on our RV close to Deborah. Kristi provided us information on location and double-checked with mechanics on whether it was safe to drive to their location. On arrival, they placed the RV in a bay immediately. Joel was able to quickly and efficiently check the tire (not serviceable), changed and balanced a new tire, answered all my questions. All were professional and great to work with. Excellent service and we were on our way again shortly. I would highly recommend Decorah Tire. Thanks again to Kristi, Joel and the entire team!

Friendly and so helpful. I drove 400 miles on my emergency tire knowing the people at Good Year Tire in Decorah would do the best work for a fair price.
