Had to call three times for help but still nothing is resolved. So now I have to pay to return parts I received incorrectly because of their website. This is costing me an extra $50 in shipping charges when the part itself is only $20. Part 172886 says MF2135 in the description but also says "does not fit your machine". Guess I buy somewhere else...

I got ripped off by this place. I ordered a part on Monday at 12:25 pm and paid $70.19 for UPS next day shipment. I called and left message to make sure the part would ship same day. I called again on Tuesday when the part did not arrive and they said they did not ship it yet. They refused to cancel the order. The part arrived the following Monday at 6:06 pm and it was shipped UPS second day and not UPS next day. I complained to them and said I wanted to leave a review and asked them where the link was. They put what they call a temporary block on my account. Do not order from these people unless you want them to steal your money.

I ordered parts with 2 day air shipping on a Thursday. The parts shipped Saturday, and arrived Tuesday. That's a lot more than 2 days. The company did not respond to emails, and when I tried calling, I was hung up on numerous times. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company since I had to find the parts locally due to the shipping delay, and paid 4x as much. Also, shipping cost 110% of the cost of the parts. Terrible company. Don't deal with them.Edit: since you said you can't find an order under my name, the invoice number is 667633, ordered on Thursday may 26th at 6:08 pm. Didn't ship until Saturday May 28th, and didn't arrive until Wednesday June 1st. Like I said, I paid for 2 day shipping, and the item did not arrive for 6 days. I've already disputed the charge with my cc company. If you want the parts back, pay for the shipping and I'm happy to send them your way. Trying to make it look like I lied about the order only makes you look worse.

I payed over $650 for a part that I waited on but never received. Finally I called to find out what was going on just to find out that they wanted an additional $270 for shipping when the receipt on my email clearly says $0.00 for shipping and handling.

Refused to give us a refund on an radiator that was shipped back. They first said it was missing parts then later said it was damaged. Do not order from them unless you want them to steal your money.

This place sent my order UPS. The carrier delivered it to the wrong address. Seller didn’t want to stand behind it and re-send the order because they show it was delivered. Don’t use this place! They won’t stand behind anything. Order #369758

The item I purchased clearly stated "free shipping" eventhough it was listed as freight shipping.The day after purchasing I was informed there would be an additional300+ dollar shipping charge for freight shipping.A clear message on the listing could have prevented this.They did refund my purchase but this ties up my funds for several days asrefunds take time.Very misleading and discouraging.

You get what you pay for. I ordered wheel studs & nuts for my Bobcat skidsteer. The price was very good but very bad quality. Very tight/hard going in and one fell out before I could get wheel on. It was like they were almost the right studs but not quite there. They will never get my business again. I posted a bad review on Facebook which they quickly deleted

Ordered injection pump for ac 190xt. They sent a turbo not the right one. The next three months they bill my credit card 1300 each week. Meanwhile I called them 3 times to rectify the wrong injection pump. Got told we never billed u 6 times for the same item and that item is the right one. Went to a injection pump shop had my original rebuilt. The one they sent me was from jd 4440. Allstate the green paint on the pump gives it away mine is orange. Never again
