When I shared my situation with some very friendly faces. They assured me they would correct what was wrong. With my 46” cub cadet ultima 1. Which I regret purchasing at P and P small engines in Des. Moines. Mower was picked up and not even 48 hours later, returned with issue fixed. Thank you. You have a customer for life.

John and his son Eric are two very genuine and knowledgeable guys. First time I spoke to John on the phone inquiring about a Cub Cadet lawn tractor, I was amazed at how attentive he was to my questions and concerns. You could tell he didn’t simply want to make a sale, but wanted me (the customer) to feel comfortable and happy doing business with him. Fantastic communication from my initial call to final delivery of the tractor. He worked me in to his busy schedule so I could get my lawn mowed! Highly recommended. Knowledge and customer service in small town Iowa at its best.Tractor works amazing, by the way.
