It’s touch and go with this store. That’s why I’m saying 3 stars. Most of the employees are pretty rude. Some of them, However, are very friendly. Pizza is always really good! They’ve only messed up my order once!

It’s a good store if you have to stop quick to get stuff and the pizza is good

We ordered a large taco pizza last night(July 7th) asking to be made with extra sauce. It did not have extra sauce. It fact, it was extremely dry. There was no taco sauce packets included. It was awful, almost like it was yesterday's pizza. This is the first time I have ever been dissatisfied with. Casey's pizza. Don't think I will be going back.

They had no pizza slices for sale. My 5 year old granddaughter was extremely upset. I've never been to a Casey's store that didn't have pizza available or at least ready to come from the oven (not even one cooking)!

A family member locked her keys in the car at Casey's. She then took some bad advice and walked home, because she was going to have to wait for roadside assistance. Not smart but clearly she was listening to her parents.

A family member locked her keys in the car at Casey's. She then took some bad advice and walked home, because she was going to have to wait for roadside assistance. Not smart but clearly she was listening to her parents. I decided to call Casey's to let them know the situation. At that time I also told them that roadside assistance was coming, and that the driver was coming back. They said they were about to call the police if nobody was there, but they wouldn't call due to our conversation. Thirty minutes later I called and they had already called the police, even though there was a person waiting with the car when they called and I had told them everything that was going on. I guess this proves that small towns don't always have the best customer service. The West Des Moines location has clearly made too good of an impression on me and not all Casey's are the same!
