Zeglins sent a technician, Steve, on the day I called with a problem with my new refrigerator. Steve immediately resolved the issue and then provided many great tips on the features of my new refrigerator. He was very professional and courteous. He is a great technician and Zeglins is fortunate to have him. The office staff is also very resourceful and went the extra mile. Such great customer service.

Our service person was very intuitive, spotting difficulty with fixing our appliance. He was respectful and clean, even putting booties on over his shoes to keep the floor clean. We will continue to use Zeglin's for service in the future.

Five star service by Drake. He was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He went the extra mile for us in every way. He was careful not to make a mess and cleaned up the wet towels afterwards. You certainly have a keeper.We were quite impressed!

Good service with great people both on the phone when talking to the office and the friendly people in the field doing the work. It was very interesting listening in to Bill working with and explaining things to the young guy.

Dryer died today. Checked Zeglin's website out for inventory and pricing. Both were spot on. Glad to do business with a local company. Eric S was very helpful offering suggestions. Checkout was quick and easy. Was able to pick it up from their local warehouse and get back to drying clothes.

Horrible experience after ordering on line. Just don't! Lee Zeglin was unprofessional and didn't help. So after three the weeks later no stove and freezer and mind you it was 2 weeks we had to contact them they did not contact us like the website said.. good customers should not be treated this way.. so verysad

In late 2022 we decided to replace our kitchen appliances w new GE products - Stove, Dishwasher and Refrigerator. Our preference for the stove was an induction model. Due to supply chain problems across the appliance industry induction stoves delivery times were undefined so we decided to purchase a GE gas stove along with the other appliances. Although Zeglins couldn't commit to an availability date for the induction oven Zeglins indicated we could swap the gas stove for the induction stove when GE's induction stoves became available. I confirmed this with Zeglins by phone during the summer of 2023. To be sure, we expected additional cost for the induction model plus a depreciated trade value for our 9 month old gas stove - that's fair - we get it. I visited Zeglins yesterday for the "how much is this going to cost me" discussion to trade the gas for an induction stove. While there I was told our conversation never happened and the induction stove model we were interested in wasn't available in flat black - the color of our new refrigerator and dishwashe. At the time of initial purchase we were told it would be. We considered buying from Costco, Best Buy, Home Depot big box retailers but decided to go with Zeglins because they are local and provided our previous appliance set. We purchased the new set from Zeglins despite our experience trying to get service for our previous set of appliances purchased from them - they don't have in house service capability. That was news. Giving that "we're local" story a bad name. I'm done with them.

The washer I got is great, however the people who set it up,didn't make sure it was level!! So the first two washes were okay, but the 3rd one was off balance!! So it only got worse, and worse, and worse from that point on! It was completely paid for and it was two months later before I received it. Then it was like two months later before the 1st time the repair guy was here. Then it was a few months later before he was back again. This time he had to get a few new pieces to repair of it. That was another month and then when he came to repair it.He was kind, and fixed it perfectly. We can hear the difference between now and the first time they set it up. It's now level, and I will not have to go do laundry at the Laundromat all the time!! I've not even had it for a year, and it didn't work for 1/2 of the time I had it. The repair guy was awesome, but the two that set it up for us, should have done it properly, then I wouldn't have needed the repair guy to come over here three times!! They owe me a year warranty. And 5months of laundry money. Otherwise they have fixed the washer. Thankfully.

I am disappointed in their service. I would not use them again. We built a new home, and bought all of our appliances from them. The Speed Queen dryer has an error code and they can not get a repair man to my home for almost a month. Both the service manager and the owner were harsh on the phone and did not feel they could get anyone to my location, even though they seem to be able to deliver quickly in our area. This is not the service I thought we would get from a reputable company.

My recent problems with our one year old general electric refrigerator were remedied quite well with the help of your service man, Bill. It’s been frustrating with a brand new refrigerator to have these problems but my experience with Bill service has been pleasant. Kudos to Bill and the Zeglin team.

Bought a Beko dishwasher here a couple of years ago. I needed it serviced shortly after the two year warranty expired. Service representative came to my home and was completely unprofessional, telling me he "needed to pee". Also, swore about 20 times while here. Told me that a service representative from Samsung had told him in a meeting that, "dollar for dollar samsung spends more on the little led lights and making it look pretty than they do on the functioning parts. Also telling me not to tell anyone this. Also, representative lied on my paperwork saying that my husband had "messed with the dishwasher a couple of times". He said that I said this. I did not say this and it is a total lie. This makes no sense as clearly parts were needed to be ordered so what could we even do but wait the 3 weeks for the appointment? Ultimately, the $135 service call was just a waste of my time and money! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Arrived on time. Very friendly and diagnosed my problem in seconds. It basically was me! I didn’t know anything about the childproof lock. So he showed me how to avoid the problem. And gave me a tip to use white vinegar in the machine periodically coz I have hard water. Thanks you guys. This is exactly why I continue to buy my appliances from you! Keep up the great work. Zeglin’s is awesome. I thought that I’d be driving all over town comparison shopping for a dishwasher. I’m glad that I went there first. They are the only Beko dealer in the area. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They assessed my priorities and found me exactly what I wanted. I didn’t feel an ounce of pressure to buy, and there was even a rebate for the model I wanted. I’m super glad I shopped locally. And now I have the rest of my Saturday afternoon.

We purchased a stove and washer dryer unit. The washer made a tick sound that was not good. I sent a video to the store. They told me it was because the room had a tile floor. Our previous washer dryer stackable was in the same spot. So I wasn’t in agreement. Then they said LG would have to make a service call but they thought they would not find anything. My husband determined that the unit was not level. Another set of installers came out and leveled it. They were great. The unit is now level and the tick sound has gone away.
