Responsive office staff, decently maintained building. Sure some of the buildings are older but its well looked after and is a pretty economical.

The apartments are not all that . I wish the carpets were new for an apt that someone is interested in renting after another person lived there I think Landlords should change the carpets . The leasing agent was friendly and nice.

Nice neighbors , quiet , polite , good parking , neighborhood is surrounded by major construction , there is nothing that the complex can do but does make getting around a little rough sometimes . The apartments are nice , but need some modern work done to up date them . but over all pretty nice .

So far experience hasn’t been super, just moved in recently and the washer/dryer are not what were advertised in the pictures, the dryer is half the size as the washer and doesn’t even work. Was told all appliances are considered emergency maintenance, but when I called about it today turns out washers and dryers don’t fall into that category so unable to do laundry, which was the one and only amenity I asked for. The walls are scuffed, the floor boards are broken and one of the lightbulbs in the living room was out upon walking in to the unit for the first time. Doesn’t seem like the unit is move-in ready.

I was in a very quite building for almost 2 years. Great location with tons of shopping options, and quick access to 74 to get across the river if you work in Illinois like I do.Maintenance was very responsive if something came up. My furnace went out, and maintenance was at my door in less than 5 minutes after hours.Only issue is that the office is ran out of Winding Hills instead of on-site. So if you need to do anything with keys or paperwork, they have you go over there. It isn’t far, but it’s kind of an inconvenience. Other than that, I loved the building (4826) I was in.

Generally awesome experience, both with management and maintenance and such. Management has been kind and friendly, very helpful. Maintenance did a super great job of fixing the cabinet front of the sink after it decided to cease being attached to anything worldly and pursue nirvana on the floor of the kitchen. Lovely apartment complex.

I very much enjoyed my experience living here. Only complaint I ever had was one or two minor maintenance things I tried to get fixed near the end of my lease that didn't get fixed, but I generally got my issues addressed pretty quickly before that. Very affordable yet comfortable/homy.

Very quiet place to live. Very easy company to work with. Very helpful maintenance staff and office personnel. Property is very clean and even off a main road you can't hear the traffic. If you are looking for a apartment with affordable rent and a quiet place to live this is the place!

For this being my first apartment, this place is amazing! Jordan, from the office, was so helpful in the process of me finding this beautiful place. Maintenance is very responsive and the location of it all is perfect!

I had initially left a 5 star review but upon the letter i received regarding my $1300 deposit not being returned to me due to “pet urine” i decided i had better update. I did have a pet in my apartment. A leopard gecko. That never left it’s cage. I was charged over $1000 for pet urine on the carpet and $75 for “floor damage” from my pet. Not only did i receive no money back, i was sent a bill! What. A. Joke. It still hold true the the maintenance staff and office staff were always extremely friendly. I seriously hope this can be resolved.
