“I'm not a member at Costco, but I did need to visit it recently to complete an Instacart order. This was my first time doing it at Costco, so I was a little nervous about finding my way around and completing the order. I was so surprised by how pleasant and helpful the employees were whenever I needed help finding something.I also experienced probably the best customer service I've ever received in a long, long time. I had the worst time trying to get the app to get to the payment screen because phone service inside the building is so terrible. The cashier was so patient with me and recommended going outside to try to get a signal. The employees at the door were also really understanding when I asked them about running out and right back in. I wish I had the names of these employees so I could recognize them in this review, but unfortunately I do not. I hope they see this, however, and know that their patience and kindness really made my anxiety much less than it could have been! Thank you so, so much. I'm not sure at this point if I will become a Costco member in the future, but the kindness of these employees definitely makes me want to consider it!”

“over all it's a good store although I will say maybe have a chat with employees specifically the ones who were stocking soda Friday about 3pm about not loudly discussing how high they are and other inappropriate subjects as multiple customers some with kids are in the aisle. no one cares they smoke it up. however they should probably keep it to themselves.”

“Finished shopping at 6:50pm and headed over to the cafe not knowing they close at 7pm. The man and women on staff (Monday night 1/22/24 shift) were super welcoming and happy to take our orders. The food was fresh and quick. I know a ton of other cafes and food places would roll their eyes if they had customers show up that close to closing. Very much appreciated!! Wish there was a tip jar but these employees need to be recognized - so a Google review hopefully helps.”

“When ever i come to town my grandmother and i always go to Sams. She likes the fruit and veggie trays. The meat butcher recognized her and came out to wish her happy holidays. Great customer service. Keep up the good work.”
