“Need someone who can work with customers to keep them moving on to other pumps other than blocking others to move onto other pumps. Plus they need to encourage customers to stay at the pump. It is not a time to clean out your vehicles. The whole system needs to be rebuilt in another location away from the main entry. Your no turn signs do not work.”
“I'm not a member at Costco, but I did need to visit it recently to complete an Instacart order. This was my first time doing it at Costco, so I was a little nervous about finding my way around and completing the order. I was so surprised by how pleasant and helpful the employees were whenever I needed help finding something.I also experienced probably the best customer service I've ever received in a long, long time. I had the worst time trying to get the app to get to the payment screen because phone service inside the building is so terrible. The cashier was so patient with me and recommended going outside to try to get a signal. The employees at the door were also really understanding when I asked them about running out and right back in. I wish I had the names of these employees so I could recognize them in this review, but unfortunately I do not. I hope they see this, however, and know that their patience and kindness really made my anxiety much less than it could have been! Thank you so, so much. I'm not sure at this point if I will become a Costco member in the future, but the kindness of these employees definitely makes me want to consider it!”
“over all it's a good store although I will say maybe have a chat with employees specifically the ones who were stocking soda Friday about 3pm about not loudly discussing how high they are and other inappropriate subjects as multiple customers some with kids are in the aisle. no one cares they smoke it up. however they should probably keep it to themselves.”
“We really enjoy shopping at Sam's Club. We love their selection of seasonal items, clothing and food. We love the quality of produce they provide and the prices are hard to beat. The bakery makes great cakes and desserts. The cupcakes are an amazing value and great for birthday parties. We also love the individually packaged snacks selection which makes it easy and affordable to buy treats to pass around in the classroom.”

“Muffins and Danish pastries are tasty. Also would recommend chicken wrap from the food court. If you hear about a good seasonal item, go quick as they can sell out rapidly.”
