This bank at 53 & Kimberly has the slowest drive through ever. Also my ATM card was ate by the outside/Drive ATM and they had no sign posted to show it was out of order. There is a Hispanic woman that works inside that has the worst attitude towards me whenever I come there,not sure why? They also need more minorities in their bank.Do better it is 2023.Ty

Seriously how many reviews do you need about how rude customer service is? There are many about this branch anyway. Teller was so rude that her co workers were even looking at her in disgust. Just sayin.

Horrible customer service, incredibly rude and seem unable to understand their own policies. I'd recommend not joining this particular branch if anyone is considering.

The teller Teri is extremely rude. She acts like she knows everything and is demeaning towards all the customers. She is the sole reason why I will not go to the 53rd location anymore.

TERRIBLE . The branch at 53rd and Utica has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for more than 10 years but never at this branch. It took over 10 minutes for them to deposit a CASHIER check into MY account. It took another 10 minutes for the manager to attempt to explain why they were putting me through so much scrutiny. None of it made any sense. I can't wait to get away from them!!

This place had the most horrible customer service. I came in with my daughter to open an account after moving here. I sat an was overlooked by the bankers and tellers was told I needed to make an appointment and they made me leave to get a social security card only to tell me they still couldn't help me without an appointment. I felt so disrespected by DJ and unvalued as a customer. I will not be banking there I did go to the Wells Fargo in bettendorf and Jean made us feel welcome and was able to resolve our banking needs

I have been dealing with the same issue with this bank for over a year. They have terrible customer service. They have not helped with this issue one time. Horrible bank. Would never recommend this bank to anyone. I would stear anyone far far away from Wells Fargoalways.

I have tried calling for assistance closing my deceased husbands account and was told I'd have to come in with all the necessary paperwork & they'd assist me. When I stopped in they said they only take appointments & I'd have to come back in several days when an officer was available. I stopped at 2 more branches & was refused assistance without an appointment & no one available to help me. This was early afternoon! I have now called for appointment and waiting for someone to call me back... Everyone was short, almost rude and showed no compassion. I will be so glad when it's finally closed and I never have to go there again. They are losing several large accounts - don't know why he ever wanted to do business with them!

I have been a member with Wells Fargo since 1996 and it seems that each day their customer service gets worse. They are awful at what they do and are very incompetent. I will be looking for a new bank ASAP.

Wells Fargo is SO DIFFICULT to deal with. They can open credit cards in my name without my permission, but I can’t cash a check without giving them my firstborn. WTH! ☹️

I spoke with Billie today at this bank in hope she could help with fraudulent charges. I had tried calling the 800 number to report fraudulent charges. After trying three times to get through to someone, I finally did! After a brief interaction, the operator said they could not hear me and hung up. I called Wells fargo directly and talked to Billie. Billie's advice was to call the same number I'd been calling. It did not matter to her that I had already spent 90 minutes trying to get through to someone with that number. She was trying to deal with me as fast as possible as her time is more precious than mine. Apparently in the entire Wells Fargo megabank, only a single phone number is able to deal with fraudulent charges. That is likely why I am waiting 30 minutes every time I call. This is my first wells fargo credit card. It is the absolute worst experience. When I had fraudulent charges on my discover card they called, texted, and emailed me. The whole matter was cleared up within 30 minutes of the charges being caught and my new card issued in a couple days. Currently it has been almost 24 hours. I will never use wells fargo again for anything. There are plenty of other 0% interest credit cards to choose from.

Business customer who had to wait 12 minutes in business drive up watch 3 cars in other lanes go through quickly. So I switch to those lanes only to wait another 10 minutes

We go in every payday to get cash for bills. The tellers practically know us by name. They work very fast and even during busy times we've never had to wait longer than 5/10 mins when we go inside to be helped, though they do need to work on drive through and getting people helped faster. We really enjoy the location convenience and hours reliability.

Very helpful bankers at Wells Fargo. A variety of services: -Banking - Personal and Commercial -Mortgages -Notary Services -Private Banking Drive up teller and ability to meet with a banker inside.
