Worst bank in the quad city area. Always only have one person working the counter inside even when there are 8 plus people waiting in line. Never has been a fast or good experience.

I couldn’t find a place to leave this review for Wells Fargo customer service so I’m leaving it on this banks site and hopefully it gets to the lady who helped me on the phone. I ordered DoorDash and they were giving me a really hard time getting a refund so I just called bank customer service instead to request a refund.
Robin in customer service was AWESOME. So bubbly and upbeat on the phone which curbed my bad mood from dealing with terrible customer service reps. She was relatable, and quick to help resolve the issue. Not to mention she apologized I was left hungry with the wrong food even though it’s clearly not her fault. She was more apologetic than the DoorDash reps I was arguing with on the phone. One of the best reps ever I hope she gets a raise and all of the good things in life go to her.

Receptionist/tellers have no financial insight, rude and unhelpful. I suggest you find a different branch to conduct business.

If I could give zero I would and not for the tellers who are always friendly and helpful.The W. Kimberly branch has the most unprofessional, rude and unhelpful banker.I will no longer use this branch for any services. He gives Wells Fargo a bad name. Tellers and Wells Fargo Customer Service VERY helpful with issue.

Absolutely the worst bank in the Quad Cities. Can't even answer a phone after days of calling. They get 1 star only because you can't give a half star.

I did close my account with Wells Fargo because of some corporate policies I disagreed with. I was having some difficulties with closing my account. The Branch Manger Jean and Premier Banker Venicia made my last visit amazing. It is sad to part because my experience with the two of them was amazing. I've never had any issues with the branch personnel but Jean and Venicia were outstanding. They both are incredibly professional and have phenomenal customer service skills. So I give the Branch 4 stars because the people there are outstanding. I'd make it 5 stars but I'm not a fan of all the policies and procedures that corporate has set forth.

I love all of the employees at this bank branch. No matter any issues that I may have they r always willing to help me figure out solution and give me advice on how to avoid future issues. I'm not someone who has loads of money in the least bit but it doesn't matter I still get treated friendly and with courestous this bank branch rocks

One of the SLOWEST Drive thru out there . I've NEVER been to a ATM drivethru that has either out of money Or Out of service! This is even Worse because this is the only branch in West Davenport . Good side is that staff working inside are mostly Kind and helpful.
