It is my one stop shopping store; however, I have to wait in line 20 minutes to check out. I want a PERSON to check me out. I will not use their almost empty check yourself out lanes!!!

Half of the staff is very friendly and helpful, the other half ignored me completely (I am white) but not my wife (she is black). This happened several times during two long visits when traveling through Davenport. At one point four employees hung around a black customer instead of attending to me or other waiting customers.

I purchased some Halloween decorations on 10/4/21. I did not use it and needed to return it. However, the customer service associate was not allowed to return my items because it was after Halloween.I was given no notice anywhere that Walmart would not accept returns after Halloween. No one told me and nothing was put in writing. One month after purchasing and I am stuck with these items and out of that money. It's probably not up to this store, but it is a frustrating unwritten policy that is a waste of time and money.
