Terrible drive through times. Only one lane is ever open.

I have been to many Walgreens before and never had a problem doing Chime transactions. I come to this store and I had to do 2 chime transactions and the cashier was very rude and said I could only do a certain amount. Doesn’t matter if it was in 2 transactions or not. Never will I come to this Walgreens again. The cashier was rude, the manager that was standing behind her the whole time didn’t even chime in to explain why I couldn’t do more then one transaction when I’ve done more then one before. Very unprofessional.

Company sent me a return slip. Dropped off package for Fed Ex 3:15pm on a Friday. She refused to stick my other post office envelope in her outgoing mail, rudely told me to put it in the blue box outside (I finally found it, other side of building). Gave her my Fed Ex box and asked for receipt. Gal mentioned her device wasn't working well. Told me I would receive text receipt. I received a link that asked for my tracking number. I called back to Walgreens at 6pm to get tracking number and asked for manager. She told me that the box had already been picked up. She said that they are just middle man, nothing in their system to pull up information. WTH? Sunday I called Fed Ex, they said that the package had an exception notice and to call back to Walgreens. I got Russ, the manager, who told me that Fed Ex does not pick up on the weekends, that my package was still there!! He was very nice. But their is a breakdown in communication of services that needs retraining. Make sure to take a photo of your tracking slip before you send it, or a copy of the number. Lesson learned the hard way.

My Mother recently passed away. When I say I’ve been so down, I cry in every store I go to. Nothing was different when I went into Walgreens to make photos of her. There are 2 employees in the photo department that went way above and beyond to not only listen to me talk about my Mom but they also wanted to know more about her. At some point we all go through something in life and sometimes just having a person listen means the world.

Poor service and some of the employees really have an attitude, like they don't even want to be there. Pharmacy seems to have a fair amount of employee turn-over. You can stand there at the counter and even when they aren't busy, you stand there and wait. They're going to wait on you when they want to and that's just how it is. Majority of the time there is no one working the camera/photo counter. At least not as many times as I've been there. About 2 out of 10 times I can catch someone otherwise you just stand there and wait. If it's one of the lifer's that worked there for years, you're probably going to get an attitude. I walked in with a small FedEx box and she looked over at me and let out a huge, SIGH. Then she said, I guess I'll get to go on break sometime....I've only been trying to for the last half hour. She's told me the same thing before. Must be about always ready to go on break. You know how long it takes to scan the label and if you don't need a text number for them to enter? About 20 seconds. If it will fit the FedEx drop box about a mile down the street I drive the extra distance so I don't have to deal with the camera/photo counter people. I drive out of my way to the drop box more times than I stop at Walgreen's because of who I may have to deal with there. The ATM has been out of service for well over a month. Once in a while one of the front doors quits working. Last time I think it took two weeks to get it fixed. Potholes are only getting larger in the parking lot. Not a good Walgreen's location at all in my opinion.

These people at their pharmacy don’t know their a$$ from their elbow & I’ve never been so disgusted by a corporation in my whole life. Not a single one of their pharmacies runs in an efficient manner what so ever & quite frankly I predict they’ll probably have to shut down all of their stores in the next 5yrs. Please tell me how the pharmacy is finally working on my script at this moment if it’s at a different pharmacy? You people just like to play games with peoples lives & I for one am done.

Our daughter was having an allergic reaction to something that she ate today and did not realize that her current EPI-pen was in-op. She took Benadryl but it was not working. We called our doctor and they immediately called in her prescription. When our daughter arrived, she let the pharmacist that was working know of her issues and told him that she was literally in the middle of a reaction and they simply told her it would be an hour or so. They said that they were very busy and paid no regard to her emergency. After all of this took place, I called in and spoke to a very nice lady. (She was very pleasant and understanding. She gets a 5) I told her of the issue at hand and she was able to get it handled promptly. My question is....Why did they move quicker once I called in? My daughter told them the exact same thing that I said. It sounds like some workers at this location need to step up their game a bit. How hard is it to pull a box off of the shelf, slap a label on it and potentially save a small problem from getting much larger?

I have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy! Rude. Unorganized. App keeps telling me "action needed" and when I call they don't know why. Filled wrong prescription for my son. Today I went to pick up meds my doctor had called in today and at 3pm was told they would be ready at 5pm. However, they were only giving out prescriptions in the drive up, not inside. I got in line at 5:20 with about 12 cars in front of me. I get up to the window 40 MINUTES LATER and they pulled the blinds and put out the closed sign. They were supposed to be open until 8pm. I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere tomorrow! I AM DONE with them!

This used to be a good walgreens but here lately the customer service in the pharmacy has gone out the window. The techs are rude and dismissive. I called to see if the two prescriptions had been filled two days after requesting on the app. The app said one was filled the other was not. When I call and asked about the second prescription I was told very rudely that they were 500 prescriptions behind and it should be filled by 4pm. I asked why one prescription had not been filled with the other. To which I was told she put them together but she couldn't keep an eye on every one. I asked to speak to her manager about her attitude when the manager came on I explained about her techs attitude and she just dismissed the whole issue and said my prescription would be done by 4pm. No apology not even an acknowledgment of the issue. I will be going else where not like there's not a CVS or hyvee pharmacy right next door.

I get my medications from this place, it is usually a pretty quick visit. The store is kept clean. The employees have always been nice to me.
