I wish I could give 0 stars. I called this morning asking about a package that had to get re delivered. I asked if there was a way that I could pick it up and the guy on the phone had an attitude with me so I ended up hanging up. I don't understand why people have to be so rude when all I wanted was help. He could have been more kind or understanding about it

They Lost all my mail! How does that even happen??? this place needs to be shut down or everybody just needs to be fired the person who answered the phone was rude and when I went to go change my address in person the lady had an attitude this is ridiculous

It has been 2 weeks, I haven’t received my mail and I haven’t received any packages. This is the worse USPS I have ever seen. This is unacceptable.

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They lost my mail and had my check sent to the wrong person and this person found a way to cash it, and they will not help me or take accountability at all for sending my mail to the wrong place. Then the multiple people who have called me have given me attitude (even though they made the mistake) and say there’s nothing they can do. Honestly can’t believe they’re allowed to keep there job talking to customers the way they do.

Horrible delivery times and mail often doesn’t show up or lost.I’ve had to drive multiple times to pick up my own mail which is someone else’s job.

The United States Post office is terrible my mail has been not getting delivered to me they've been sending my mail back I live at Cross Creek apartments people steal mail people steal packages off of front step and stealing all this is a federal offense but the post office don't care

Every time I come to simply ship a package I’m met with the same lady who always has this annoying attitude. She’s extremely unhelpful and I dread even going there in the first place so I don’t have deal with her.

A shout out to the wonderful lady who helped me get my heavy, awkward, box out to my truck. She went way, and above her job requirements I am sure. Simple acts of kindness (only this wasn’t so simple) come from those who are the salt of the earth. Sorry I did not get your name, but thanks so much and bless your heart.

clerk 8 was extremely rude and disrespectful did nothing but gripe at me for doing everything wrong including paying definitely will not be going again
