Taking phone back for a factory reset we will see how it goes.****Update: stopped paying bill because of their internal complications about proper billing and over charges related to my account. Now they have sent it to collection and I offered to give the phone back which created a numbness in their brains, WOW!

Awful, awful place!! Customer service sucks bad there!! Wouldn't even look at me when he talked at me. Was gonna over charge me for unnecessary stuff! Went to another US Cellular & got WAY better service. Will NEVER go back to this place! Just RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!

Maxwell was very patient & was able to resolve all of my questions & issues with my phone. He is a very good representative of US Cellular. I highly reccomend him & would come back in the future, confident that he would have a solution to my problem.
