Waited a half hour on Sunday, October 27th and nobody would even acknowledge that I existed. Complete waist of time. Would never go back.

Tried out the home internet service to say the least it wasn’t great at all. Well went to return it within the 14 day return period and now I have a bill for a device and data that I am not even using.
On top of the return process what was said at check out was that I would get all the money that I paid if we returned in the 14 day timeframe. I paid $83 and some change got back only $27 and said they would have to mail me a check for the rest of the amount. I’ve worked in retail wireless sales for a very long time and this is just down right highway robbery.
To say the least the people working at this location are very polite and friendly.

What has happened to Davenport's US Cellular stores?! They used to be staffed by sharply dressed people who were motivated, energetic, and very knowledgeable about their craft. I recently visited a local agency location and then the Davenport corporate location and walked out of both without any answers or devices.
The agency location employee was dressed like he was headed to a grunge band concert. I wasn't sure if he worked there or was panhandling until he asked if I needed help. After I expressed interest in a new phone, adding home internet, and possibly another service line he recommended I wait until there is a good deal to do any business there. When I asked when a new deal was supposed to happen, he gave the previous day's date. When told that date was "yesterday", he said another date. I left immediately.
As I pulled into the corporate location, one of the employees was outside the store screaming obscenities into his personal phone, apparently having a very heated argument with someone. The same employee came over to wait on me in the (almost empty) store. After saying he didn't have any current promos or deals for my needs, he walked off and didn't return to the floor. I asked another employee for help (who was dressed in something like ‘skateboarder casual’ attire) that seemed annoyed that I had more questions. They stated that any deals or promos I saw online at the US Cellular website didn’t apply to their stores. They stated I would have to buy everything at the website to get those deals but couldn’t answer any questions about that process (activation, equipment, etc.) as they don’t deal with online orders. Again, I left this store as well.
US Cellular has obviously outgrown their ‘customer first’ infanthood and become big enough to not care about the local experience any longer. Definitely going to visit some other carriers next.

Jade was outstanding with customer service.I highly recommend US Cellular. It may cost more than other providers, but I'm a firm believer of that you get what you pay for!

The lady we had knew absolutely nothing about any of the devices. I knew more about the products then she did. She didn't offer a single bundle or didnt even seem to care. The lady next to us was alot better of a representative. Ours was rude. Standoffish and ignorant. I'll be sure to avoid ever working with her again. Come to find out there was a bundle to get a speaker with my phone I purchased and never knew untill after everything was all said and done. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had.

Trying to say i owe a bill from july-aug 2022 when i switched in april of 2022 verizonThen having a collection agency trying to collect on it when i caught the us cell associate over the phone up in their own lie they said for me to callThe collection agency they couldnt talk to me anymore,Time for a 6 figure settlement payday! Do not get us cellular u will end up oweing a bill that u dontThey use receivable performance for their collection agency who does illegal credit bureau reporting when they dont even send u a letter

LUKE BURGERT: Great customer service experience (everyone else was pleasant, as well at this store on this particular shift)!I came into store 5049 (I could be wrong about the store number location?) after having gotten the run around pretty much ALL day long, with both dealing with walmart, us cellular customer service on the phone (just being honest), and boost mobile (obviously separate company) and at that point I felt defeated. Heading into this store was a last resort to resolve my issue. Luke said he was 'new' and asked me politely to 'bear with him'. No such thing was necessary as he was a very welcome breath of fresh air. He took my issue in hand and went above and beyond (to the tune of many phone calls to supervisors, technical support, etc) in order to eventually arrive at a solution for my issue. He was calm, kind and collected, dedicated and thorough. I'd come back into this store to work with him again, very willingly. Thank you Luke, for knowing what great customer service is.

Overall horrible service. Lindsay was probably the most unprofessional and unpleasant person I have done business with. We had an account with multiple people and she talked about one of the family members with another and made sparky comments. They even tried to switch the account to be under my dad's name without contacting him. They said certain details couldn't be known about the account unless they were talking to the account holder, but the attempted switch was done with people who weren't even on the account nor family. Overall it was a very stressful situation and I have found another provider.
