I worked with Marisa and she was excellent. She took the time to tranfer all the phones and made sure everything was working. She made sure I was signed up for credits credits. Inshould receive the gift cards and the buyout. She took time to set that all up. I would highly recommend her

Marisa is the most knowledgeable us cellular agent than any other agents in the other stores. She is amazing and I think she needs a raise!!!!!

Worst location out of all the US cellulars, came in to look at new phones and there were three people working, not one greeted us or even seemed to care we were in this location. There were no customers and still no one greeted us, the employees were too busy talking badly about the previous customer interaction they had. We finally got a rep named wrangler and he was very rude and acted very condescending towards us, and made us feel very uncomfortable, like he could care less about his job. What happened to the old days when UScellulars customer service was phenomenal,well I guess not anymore. We had a bad experience at their Kimberly location awhile back ago when we dealt with Lindsey and come to find out she manages this location so I guess bad habits and customer service follows. I will not recommend UScellular, to not even my worst enemy, and I will tell everyone of their deceptive practices about their 4 for 90 deal, what they don't tell you is that price is only good for a year and the 2nd year your bill jumps up tremendously. Now we're stuck with phones and a plan that we thought was going to be 90 dollars for the lifetime were customers. Horrible horrible experiences all around, and when you go to the different locations they lie and deceive you as well about their 4 for 90 deal, they don't tell you the truth it's bait and switch!

First of all go somewhere else! I am giving this a 1 star because the service was absolutely horrible I have never seen such bad customer service in my life. I took my grandma there to ask some questions and we walked in and there was two guys sitting down not coming to greet us. While they were sitting down they asked how to help. We walked over never introduced himself. We told him what was wrong my grandma was paying for two numbers and we didn’t know that. He said he couldn’t look it up and but he could. He was very lazy and not a good worker. I would not ever do service with them again. We always have had very bad service with US Cellular.

We had a terrible experience with Marissa. She incorrectly programmed our sim card resulting in days of trouble shooting. Finally got that resolved and now we found out that the billing was also screwed up. We were sent emails saying that our bill was overdue when it was supposed to be on autopay. Then they turned off our service. What a mess! What happened to US Cellulars stellar customer service? We will be shopping around and will definitely not go back to this location to get jacked around by incompetent idiots.

These reps don't know what they are doing. They screwed up my phone and it took me DAYS and several phone call to get it fixed. I will be going to a different US Cellular from now on hoping to get someone with a clue.

What a joke of a place. Talked to the manager lark about what we were wanting and he told us he would be in the next day to help us with everything. Show up and lark is nowhere to be found and so we tell the other manager what we were told and everything and that manager said he was unable to help us. I just don't understand how managers aren't on the same page and can get away with lying to customers about services and products. We then were told that it would cost us more money instead of it being free. We were due for an upgrade and to renew our contract but now we don't think we will. We also can't seem to can't service anywhere on the west coast with this service as well. Just unprofessional

I would give 10 stars if I could. I was helped today by Payton and he was nothing short of amazing. Fast, polite, and above all got me exactly what I needed. This was the best experience I've ever had at a phone store. If AT&T has made you angry enough to throw things, this is the place for you.
