First of all go somewhere else! I am giving this a 1 star because the service was absolutely horrible I have never seen such bad customer service in my life. I took my grandma there to ask some questions and we walked in and there was two guys sitting down not coming to greet us. While they were sitting down they asked how to help. We walked over never introduced himself. We told him what was wrong my grandma was paying for two numbers and we didn’t know that. He said he couldn’t look it up and but he could. He was very lazy and not a good worker. I would not ever do service with them again. We always have had very bad service with US Cellular.

We had a terrible experience with Marissa. She incorrectly programmed our sim card resulting in days of trouble shooting. Finally got that resolved and now we found out that the billing was also screwed up. We were sent emails saying that our bill was overdue when it was supposed to be on autopay. Then they turned off our service. What a mess! What happened to US Cellulars stellar customer service? We will be shopping around and will definitely not go back to this location to get jacked around by incompetent idiots.

These reps don't know what they are doing. They screwed up my phone and it took me DAYS and several phone call to get it fixed. I will be going to a different US Cellular from now on hoping to get someone with a clue.

What a joke of a place. Talked to the manager lark about what we were wanting and he told us he would be in the next day to help us with everything. Show up and lark is nowhere to be found and so we tell the other manager what we were told and everything and that manager said he was unable to help us. I just don't understand how managers aren't on the same page and can get away with lying to customers about services and products. We then were told that it would cost us more money instead of it being free. We were due for an upgrade and to renew our contract but now we don't think we will. We also can't seem to can't service anywhere on the west coast with this service as well. Just unprofessional

I would give 10 stars if I could. I was helped today by Payton and he was nothing short of amazing. Fast, polite, and above all got me exactly what I needed. This was the best experience I've ever had at a phone store. If AT&T has made you angry enough to throw things, this is the place for you.

I bought my Google Pixel phone last spring and immediately started having having my phone get hijacked by unwanted pop-up ads, even when not in apps or on the Internet. A few visits to the store were unsuccessful, mainly because it wouldn't act up then (of course!). But then I spoke with Lark, who was able to identify a Ringtone app that I neither wanted nor needed, which apparently had downloaded itself from another app. He explained that this sometimes happens nowadays, as pop-up ads get more clever. Lark removed this annoying app, and I haven't had a single surprise pop-up since.This isn't our first time they've helped us out. US Cellular continues to exceed our expectations and provide helpful and straightforward assistance, and are always patient, even with us over the hill folks who didn't grow up with computers, let alone Smart phones. They never give us the impression that we're being a bother or are somehow stupid for not knowing more about Smart phones. We also appreciate being able to pop in the store when needed and deal with caring individuals, and not have to deal with a call center which can't see or properly understand our issues. We've been with US Cellular for over 10 years, and we have no interest in changing providers.

Worst customer service ever I'm with a $1200 phone that doesn't work only been with it 3 months and they will not help me do anything to fix it Pretty much tell me I'm stuck with it
