Worst customer service experience ever! They had no idea where my package was. This has happened twice in two months. One guy told me my package would arrive by 10:00 pm, a woman told me by 7:00 because ups drivers don't work until 10:00. I asked the first guy why doesn't the notice say out for delivery? He said oh, they just forgot to change it. These people get paid to know absolutely nothing?On a different note, the Davenport UPS site people were wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. They get five stars.

First of all - I have wine delivered to my home once a month. They always try to deliver during the day while I’m at work. Ok, fine. I’ll pick it up on my lunch break or after work. Well, this facility is open from 8am-12pm, closed from 12pm-4pm and back open from 4pm-8pm. Closed on weekends. I work at a veterinary hospital and 25 minutes from this facility. I have to be at work by 7am and there are days I don’t leave work until 7:30pm. Since they are closed during my lunch hour, it’s almost impossible for my to stop by. They left a “sorry we missed you” tag on my door with zero information. I stopped by as soon as I could, which was tonight. I waited for 15 minutes with another customer until someone came to the desk. I was then told it was shipped back to California on Friday. No notice, no email, wasn’t written on the tag left on my door, nothing. I was told I can call the wine company to have them ship it back to me. I asked if he could hold it and shoot me an email, leave a sticker on my door letting me know it’s there. Anything. He could, but then ALL of my packages will be held until I can come pick them up. Picking the packages up with the hours they have is part of the problem! I can live without the wine until it’s shipped again - but the hoops they’re making me jump over to sign for/pick up this subscription that I’ve had for a year now is ridiculous. I understand I need to sign for it, just make it accessible to a human with a career. I’ve had a terrible day, drove 20 minutes to pick up wine I had been looking forward to that was 15 minutes out of my way from home, to be told it had been sent back. I’m just really disappointed with this facility and the company in general.

I ordered an upper for a firearm which they delivered to my house and need to return it. They won't let me ship it to return it. The cuck at the counter tried to tell me I needed a license for it. Republicans really let it get this bad.

I had to pick up a package of parts up for a job I had in Illinois. I got here right away when they opened. they didn't have my package processed yet, so I had to wait. The ups counter guy actually brought it out to me while I was waiting outside in my Van! That was awesome customer service!!!

Never on time. They have managed to turn 2 day prime into 4 or more day prime. My package seems to land in Davenport processing late Friday (even if due on Wed or Thurs.) or very early Sat and I have to wait until the next week. Customer service line is useless, but why would "Bill" from the other side of the globe care about our customer service. I dread seeing "shipped with UPS" every time.

Do not let your kid work there. I’m not go mention supervisors’ name but he made my daughter lift boxes weighing over 80 lbs while he sat there and laughed and then to rub it in even more he ask her if you coming back tomorrow. My daughter (85lbs) is a very hard worker but unloading 4 trucks all alone sounds like a sweat shop. My daughter knows exactly why he treated her that way and much differently then some of the other young girls. It’s All Good!

They treat their workers terribly. The managers say that if you have been working there less than a year you can not get more than one day off, even if you are going on a trip. Absolutely ridiculous, no wonder they can't get people to stay.

The Counter guy was Great. My info for return all on my phone. I am 72- I can call and text and that's it. He found it, got it sent to UPS office and printed. Fantastic!!! And did it all w/o making me look d**** TY.

Worst shipment or delivery service. I ordered package in Costco and Costco is choosing UPS . Status showing already delivered but again I need to call ups or Costco to get get package. After calling they deliver next day. One time I went to their customer center and took the package which is 10 miles away from home. Worst delivery service

It really is ashame when you call to speak with customer service, and a recording will not let you. All I want to find out is why my package was not delivered. Guess that's too much to ask a company that has your package. There seems to be no one in charge to speak with when there is a problem. UPS you drop the ball on all levels.

I came here to ship my mothers prescriptions because she is stuck out of state and is diabetic. Little did I know I came to the wrong place and was treated for wrongly by the lady with gray hair and glasses in the customer care center. She had the rudest attitude and then told me to tell the other ups store that they can’t do those things and stop sending people to their store. Will never step a foot in this place again!!

When you leave the porch light on which brightens up the numbers on your house at 6126,and on your mailbox it has 6126 with a big black arrow pointing to your house, and the UPS driver says he delivers your package to your garage for proof of delivery and you search all over the place and never find the package! Then you stop and think about the other idiots that have delivered to the wrong address you cross the street to 6127 and find your package in their driveway! Learn your #s!
