Website states handicapped accessible, it’s not. No ramp for a wheelchair or low platform to get into the store front if you have mobility aides. I needed to drop off an Amazon return. The very “friendly” counter person told me she’d have to charge me a dollar to tape my box shut I looked around at the store to buy a roll of tape as as they seemed silly I was out anyway at home. The shelves were completely bare.. no tape… no boxes.. no markers… no shipping supplies at all. I asked if she had any tape for sale, nope all out in her extremely friendly demeanor..
they still had to charge me a dollar to tape my box shut…. Just one stripe of tape… by this time a small crowd had come in half of their boxes were open as well… yeah it was probably ignorant to get frustrated over a dollar but come on…. You have 0 supplies in stock… I’m handicapped with afo leg braces using a cane having a hard time getting around especially in your store and you make me go out to my truck for a dollar …. Common courtesy or good service shouldn’t be traded for profit…

Went last night to have an item packed and shipped. Lady behind counter was playing with a I hope was a customers dog, as i saw no transaction/purchase. I was not addressed or noticed for a long time, they even left me in store and went outside, even showed pictures on her phone. Finally I get up to counter and the lady said I go home in 40 minutes, can't help you, go to Walmart for your packing needs. I plan to reach out to UPS but my understanding is this store is privately owned. Will never go there again.

Wow! Not even hallo or how are you . Oh next time you have to tape your box , we charge for tape . I asked how much it was I was going to pay for it she refused. Damm! UPS needs to franchise this to someone else . I will buy packaging tape and take it to the store if it is that bad

I showed up 5 minutes before the store was scheduled to close. The store had 2 employees and zero customers. I was told I was too late to ship my package. I initially questioned the accuracy of the store hours. Maybe they meant to say the store closed at 6:55 rather than 7pm, but still, it would have only taken a few seconds so that can’t be the answer. Maybe the UPS store wants to be like an airport and I was supposed to show up an hour early to go through security? Possibly… but why? I thought they just needed to slap a sticker on my package and accept my money. Or maybe we were supposed to enter a multi-hour negotiation to determine the optimal route for my package as a team. I appreciate teamwork, but this seems very inefficient considering my lack of logistics experience. It has now taken me longer to write this review than it would have taken you to collect my parcel. And still, it remains unclear as to why they did not accept package within the designated store hours. I will try again tomorrow at 4am to ensure I am punctual enough for this delicate process.

While I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback, my recent experience at the UPS store was disappointing. The level of customer service I encountered was severely lacking, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Despite my attempts to seek assistance, I was met with rudeness and unhelpfulness from the staff, particularly a lady who seemed disinterested in providing any form of support or guidance. Additionally, when I sought help from another employee regarding a return, I was simply dismissed with the explanation that he "doesn't like to" handle returns. This dismissive attitude not only reflects poorly on the store's commitment to customer satisfaction but also creates a hostile environment for patrons seeking assistance. Overall, my experience at the UPS store was marred by a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy, making it difficult to recommend their services to others.

My second and last time returning to this location. Agree w the other reviews that employees at this location are not nice. The younger girl was slightly better than the crabby older lady. She wasn’t even the one helping me with the return, but still made a snotty comment about Amazon and me. Making returns to UPS from Amazon is newer to me and I only needed a few pieces of tape to secure my packages. I don’t enjoy or think it is necessary to make me feel stupid just for trying to make a return.
