Wow! My son dropped his phone and charger on the bed last night and the clashed and it broke his screen. I worried all night but called Verizon first thing this morning. After I navigated the phone auto stuff and got a live person, it was smooth sailing! He assured me it wouldn't cost anything to fix and even set me up with a confirmation number. I dropped it off at the store and was told it could take up to 2 hours, but after picking my son up from the doctor, we called them and it was done! Amazing! Highly recommended!

Asurion was very helpful and quick with my charging repair on my iPhone. They taught me how to restart the battery to fix the solution in the future!

WOW! Just WOW! So glad my friend referred me to your business!Your office is so professional and everyone was so friendly. And your service exceeded my expectations .... I was not even home yet when I got the text that the issue with my laptop had been found and fixed. Made my day that I will now have my laptop at home over Thanksgiving so I can finish my photo editing job over the long weekend. These guys are great! Try them the next time you have a technology issue!!

We had a slight delay of the the technician getting the part. So the appointment had to be moved a couple times. But once it's arrived it was easy and technician was so convenient. He wad very friendly and kind and quick work.

Excellent and friendly service. Fixed my screen within a couple of hours. Highly recommend for phone repair. Learned that they also recycle old technology for free! Definitely going to try this service, too.

GREAT customer service from the first phone call..all the way leading up to picking up my phone! Under warranty as well! Told them my issue over the phone, they ordered the part..it was in within 2 days.Even my husband when he dropped off my phone mentioned how NICE the guy was working there.

My appointment was accomplished in just a few minutes. I received a call 30 minutes prior to my techs arrival. This is the second time this same Tech has replaced my screen and I will give him a 10 on the 1 to 10 scale. This young man is very personable, very enjoyable to chat with, very competent in his skill set, very knowledgeable of the product he services and very knowledgeable about the company & services they provide. I'm an extremely happy customer.

Great costumer service ! They were able to get the contents of my moms broken phone onto her new one so she wasn’t losing anything important to her . They cleaned my phone speaker and got it working again as well all within maybe 10 minutes! I highly recommend Asurion for all of your tech repair needs!

Being there was a joy. I enjoyed having an awesome conversation with the two techs about alot of stuff. The repair took longer than normal due to Samsung's program acting up. But these guys will be straight and honest with you about what's going on. Definitely will come here again. Thanks guys!

The hours include sunday and they were closed. The guy on monday was rude and stated he thought it was water damage but it clearly said it wasn't. He never told me what was wrong or the price i have to pay and if it is correct or not so now i am going to have a "surprise bill" never gave an invoice or anything. He said it would be done in 2 hours and it was. That is the only good part about it.

my phone got ran over by a truck and I needed to get the screen fixed and then I found out that my battery need to be fixed. None of that was the problem. The problem was is that the day I went in, They said they were going to order it that day. four days later we ask again and they said they haven't even ordered it yet. They haven't even ordered any of the parts and I was very mad but it was OK because I was gonna get my screen fixed for a low price and it was gonna be fine. Eventually I got my phone and the screen ended up not being put on correctly so the top speaker fell out and a bunch of dust got into my screen and it started to fog up my front camera and my front camera ended up being unusable. Not to mention, my screen started to lift up only a week after I got my screen fixed and I am very careful with my phone. I didn't drop it. There is no scratches. There was no cracks. I know I didn't break it myself. Even though I was mad about this, it wasn't the biggest deal because I just didn't have time to fix my phone again and I didn't have the money and I didn't have the time so I just didn't worry about it now it's a year later and my screen is non-operable. At this point it won't let me type anything. It won't let me touch anything it's glitching out. I have to use Siri to do everything for me so I will not be going back to this place ever again.
