“Josh was fantastic! Great customer service. Give him a raise. He verified the part I was looking for was on the shelf, as there was only 1 left according to inventory. That may seem insignificant, but the part I needed is on national backorder and I couldn't find one anywhere. Many other places took my money, then later notified me it was no longer in stock, what a headache. When I called MSTP Josh indicated he had one left, physically verified it was on the shelf, then took my information over the phone and said he'd ship it the same day.
