“Josh was fantastic! Great customer service. Give him a raise. He verified the part I was looking for was on the shelf, as there was only 1 left according to inventory. That may seem insignificant, but the part I needed is on national backorder and I couldn't find one anywhere. Many other places took my money, then later notified me it was no longer in stock, what a headache. When I called MSTP Josh indicated he had one left, physically verified it was on the shelf, then took my information over the phone and said he'd ship it the same day. “I suspected a transmission leak on my car and took it in. No leak, but a small issue that they took care of for a very reasonable price. They also alerted me to an oil leak and a misfire, both of which they don't fix, so they weren't trying to drum up more business for themselves. I've taken two other cars there before and my experience every time has been that they are fair and honest and want to actually serve the customer, something that is lacking in too many other shops. I highly recommend them.”
