“Absolutely amazing experience!!
My out of town friend was beyond excited to come to BB and get the limited edition 30th anniversary Lion King Simba. The moment we came in, employee Willow greeted us and during the entire time we were there, provided us with a fun filled, wonderful experience! My friend is in her 30’s and made her feel so special as she embraced her inner child. As a former retail store manager in this very mall, I can easily recognize great customer service and Willow had it! Thank you again for an awesome experience. My friend was over the moon full of joy!”
