I would not recommend this company.. first off they were 45min late. Quoted one price and charged double. Only moved 6 pieces of furniture from Davenport to Bettendorf and charged for an hour drive. Some of the furniture was damaged along with trim and wall in my townhouse. They even left some of the furniture in the garage leaving me to carry it in the house. One worker complained that this isn’t his normal job, normally working in the shop. I called and complained with the manager (Matt) he stated he’d call me back after he chatted with the movers. He never called back, just sent a series of text messages.. using every excuse imaginable. Didn’t apologize for damages or offer to make things right.

They were late, charged us double the amount quoted and gave excuses to why via text. They left one item in the garage when they were supposed to take it to the second floor. The movers were not professional at all. Put a deep ding in my dresser and on the bedroom door. I would highly reccomend not hiring this company.

Horrible experience we had with Town and Country Moving. They were late to begin with. They were geniuses at stretching out the total time. Instead of the 5 hours estimated during the quoting process we were charge for 11 hours. 1 hour included travel time which we were never told at the beginning. We were also charged 3% more for using our credit card, which we were also never told up front. We will never use them again and do not recommend them.
