I walked in tonight to add a line to my plan. Randy was so great! He answered every question I had and was so good at making sure I understood everything I needed to know in regards to how my plan would change and how I could monitor my teenagers line. Great experience!

Walked in didn't get greeted until 15 minutes in store. Got checked in and sat for 30-45 minutes watched employees take new customers while me and my wife sat. Finally got up and said something about our wait time, they told us that the people who helped after we came in had "appointments." So we left and called back to make an appointment to be told that it is walk in only. Don't go here, they don't deserve your money or time ?

I'm sure there cell service is ok but you would think if you lost your S Pen phone stylus a cellphone store would would carry a replacement but they don't, they recommended Amazon. So now I have to wait. I cant live without my S Pen

I was sent to the Davenport store by the rock island store. When I arrived I was helped by a 21 year old man named Andrew. I’m not sure what T mobile is doing but they are hiring some of the best employees! This guy helped me with my issues and got me on my way! Thanks

Ryan Meehan was super helpful and patient with us. We had issues online trying to switch from Verizon and he did a great job getting us switched and making sure he answered all of our questions. We had actually been to a different T-Mobile store first and didn’t have a great experience. We were ready to give up on switching but decided to try this store as a last effort. Ryan definitely saved us as customers!

At the store across from Duck Creek Plaza I worked with (Francisco/Frank), who was a problem-solver. My phone was compromised a while ago and I have health issues, so I need a smart watch for heart rate and blood pressure. I'm getting the new Galaxy 5 watch and the 54 phone. It's probably a lot to relearn. Won't Ibe going back to 53rd any time soon.

Horrible, they help who they want to help even though there is a waiting list. They go into the back and stay for long periods of time instead of helping customers get in and out quick. That is the reason for the long waits. Especially the big woman with the broke foot...she definitely goes in and out that back for long periods of time instead of helping customers
