While I was storing my rv here it was fine, but I sold it, me and the new owner contacted them to switch over the information, they charged his card, and we thought it was done. Then they charged mine the month after and even after the new owner tried to make it right they wouldn't refund me the money unless we both came in person? It was really annoying but luckily the owner just gave me my money back in cash form. My rv was safe there though, and they do have good ratesEdit: The general manager contacted me and not only resolved my issue but did so quickly and without much needed from me. Extra star added for his incredibly kind customer service and efficiency, and I stand by my previous statement of affordable rates and safe keeping ?
