As of this moment I would not even give them a one star rating.
I have had numerous issues with this agent, from having my premium applied to the wrong car leading to a lapse in coverage, when trying to get it straightened out I was insulted for asking why his employee isn't capable of doing her job properly.
It resulted in me paying for a month of insurance that I was not covered, Tim tried to claim it was a Christmas miracle as he then told me I owed $5 more than I had already paid.
Last week I called to inquire what my next 6 month premium would cost as the bill never arrived in the mail.
I was told it would be $309 and change, my father just called me at work to inform me that the agent misquoted my premium at the price of the previous 6 month policy and that It is now $340.
Yet again, Mr Flanagan, why do you hire people that CANNOT competently do the job they were hired for.
An no Tim IDGAF if they were the valedictorian of their class, it has no bearing on competence.
*BAIT AND SWITCH* IS A COMMON THREAD WITH THIS AGENCY

It's nice that you continue to blatantly lie, I have recieved paper statements for every 6 month policy I have paid until the most recent statement that never arrived.
Who modified my account without permission?
I have paper billing statements for EVERY premium I've paid since I started using your agency, UNTIL the most recent statement for 5/15/24 - 11/15/24 that never arrived.
Why do you continue to refuse to acknowledge that my insurance did lapse between Nov and Dec of 22 due to your employees mistake and that you lied (documented) saying my insurance never lapsed when I have documents from State Farm stating my policy has been reinstated (direct implication that it had lapsed.
Be truthful, you stole a month's worth of premium from me then attempted to extort more money from me after I made my original complaint due to your employee not being competent in her position, because I questioned her ability to do her job.
It offended you that I questioned her ability and lead to you, Mr Flanagan screaming at me on the phone that she was the valedictorian of her class and that you wouldn't take me questioning her competence in ability to do her job, WHICH SHE DID NOT DO CORRECTLY.
I expect you to remove the above slight against me as I have NEVER had a paperless only account, in fact, I have the paper billing statements readily available to prove that response is an outright lie.
Also, there is no need for further discussion over the previous premium when I called last week and asked explicitly "How much is my premium for the 6 month period for May 15th 2024 to November 15th 2024"
If your agent misquoted it is on him and your agency to rectify.
A $30 difference is not insignificant, nor is it a pleasant surprise.
Was my father even given a reciept or am I going to find out that it was misapplied again???

Very professional and friendly office to deal with. Always have the answers to your questions and if they don't they will research it and get right back to you. If you want customer friendly service and to save money, this is who to call.

Tim and his staff are the most responsive and professional insurance providers I've ever had. They go out of their way to make getting insurance easy, answer any questions or issues promptly and, most importantly, are right there in your time of need. Can't recommend them more highly.

I highly recommend Tim Flanagan's office to anyone looking for new insurance. Logan was very helpful setting up my renters and auto insurance. The process was a breeze, and I am very happy I made the switch to State Farm!

Switched to this office when we moved to Davenport two years ago. Tim and his team have been absolutely amazing. I was moving out on my own for the first time and needed renters insurance. It couldn’t have gone any smoother. New vehicle? Not a problem. They explained everything and got me covered with no issues. Tim is personable and so efficient. Highly recommend! :)
