Looking at that wall for about five minutes. Couldn’t get what I asked for. So I kept looking another five minutes. Find something. Ask for it. And get something completely different when I get home. I’m Hella irritated. But I’m trying not to be because she was new at the store.? She act like she didn’t want to ask for help to find the right hair.

First of all I don't know how anyone could ever give these people a bad review they have always been nice I drive over an hour to get there every single time because I live over an hour away and they are always the nicest people to me they always help me find exactly what I need because I'm always super confused because I'm not a hair stylist and they always help me find exactly what I need❤️

Very clean store and organized easy to find what your looking for. The associate was engaging and great made you feel comfortable to shop . Lucky I found a hair depot in the city .

Stopped in ..to grab some beauty supply items since I was in the area...first thing I noticed when walking into this establishment.....was how rude ...the retail service lady was.......no hello...no may I help you find anything... nothing!!!....and the male that was standing behind the counter with her ...didn't say a word neither...Pretty much negative vibes from the start!!..Then I approached the lady because I needed some help finding a hair product....and she was super rude and had an attitude....after she showed me what I was looking for... I decided I didn't want to purchase anything from them..I decided to make that drive into town and go to another beauty supply store....soon as I walked into that beauty supply store...... I was greeted with a "Hello"..'May I help you find anything''...Now that's an example of great customer service!!!..Y'all lost my business!!
