It was simple. I asked where pencil sharpeners were located. and she gave me very easy to find directions.. It was a very good experience, that's why I drive clear across town instead of going to Walmart which is just a couple miles from my house. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK...

Super rude! I went in to a dead store and I had placed an online order for 2 pages to be printed as I was away from home and needed a hard copy! Jenni the woman working said she had another job then I’d be next. Ok no problem! I was standing there and decided to cancel my order and do a self serve print. The lady that was helping me this time was friendly but Jennifer had to interject! She Ridley exclaimed I told him he was next. I said I understand I’ll just do it myself it’s just 2 pages. She said but you already paid. I understand can you just cancel and refund I’ll do it myself. All of the sudden she’s able to help me because she was doing both else and said it will be faster for me to do it! Ok I said. Then as she’s doing it she’s going on about how I’m so early! I said I’m working too and it’s just 2 pages! I don’t know what her problem is but she’s very rude!

Walked in at 08:10PM. They close at 9PM. Asked them to print 2 color documents and laminate them. He said he couldn't because the cutoff is 8PM. It would take 10 minutes if he took his time. The store was empty. Nothing was printing. He wasn't working when I walked in. I'll never go to Staples again.

Manager on duty had no clue how to do her job. Gave an incorrect price and didn't want to make the change. Argued in front of customers at the front if the store and went home an brought it online for cheap than your store from your own website. But she could not honor that house she know the proce was never that low. Your store lost this sale how many more.

I’m mostly reviewing Staples new amazon return option. I had two pair of shoes I was returning and the cashier only scanned one barcode for both items. I told her there was a separate barcode for each and showed her, but she claimed both shoes were on the one barcode. I found this odd as I’ve returned my fair share of Amazon items and know there is always a separate barcode for each returned item.Of course the next day I see only the one pair was refunded. I had to go back into the store and fight with them for 45 minutes to scan the other barcode, the shoes were already shipped out. They did finally scan the other code which triggered my refund, but it was, and still is, under investigation.The cashier was whispering to her manager during this process how I must have switched codes, which of course is impossible. Amazon is a well oiled machine and doesn’t work like that. So, I’m out $40 I presume and a lot of needless time wasted for something that should have been a very simple process.I would recommend avoiding this place for any Amazon returns and just use UPS. Maybe training for associates wouldn’t hurt either.

Second time I've tried to buy an office chair here and second time the woman who works the department (Middle Aged, medium brown wavy hair) has refused to acknowledge me. Both times I wait for her to finish helping the person before me, she contact, etc only for her to ignore me when she's done with them, walk away then walk back behind the desk up front to eat. Exact same thing both times. I've never spoken to this woman, or anyone in the store prior, so there is no reason this woman has a logical reason to ignore me. I am not 15, I'm clearly an adult waiting to get help. It's insane.

Staff is useless and CLUELESS. Be prepared to spell out what you need, bring pictures to help them understand. Explain things like they're 5. That might help. We also tried to purchase a Chromebook and repeatedly told them which one we wanted, they continued to tell us we should buy something else. We insisted that we knew what we needed. After too much back and forth they tell us they don't even have the Chromebook in stock. Waste of time.
