Horrible, they help who they want to help even though there is a waiting list. They go into the back and stay for long periods of time instead of helping customers get in and out quick. That is the reason for the long waits. Especially the big woman with the broke foot...she definitely goes in and out that back for long periods of time instead of helping customers

Called to see if I can buy a phone up front for someone with T-Mobile as a Christmas present, he said yes I could, got there and turns out I could not, thanks for wasting my time and not better training the employees.

This rating is not for the store employees. They have always been very polite and helpful. This poor review is for Sprint as a company. Since September I have had a huge problem with my service. I experience a large amount of dropped calls. The technical department with sprint is terrible!! They claimed my problem is due to a broken tower near my home. They can't explain the dropped calls come when I am out in town. The problem is worse from home. After dealing with them for over two weeks with zero customer satisfaction, I have decided to port my numbers to another carrier. Hopefully sprint takes responsibility and doesn't screw me over for breaking a lease when they did not hold up their end of the agreement

For the life of me, I don't understand why people come here. I've been a Sprint customer for 18 years, and for the last 3 every trip here makes me wonder why. Everything I would come here to do can be done in a fraction of the time online. There is nothing worth my time here.
