Looked at several vehicles. I'm at the point of actually purchasing a vehicle after doing tons of research. I was unable to get any assistance at the lot. I do appreciate car dealerships not hounding my every move while I look for a car to buy, but I expect to have at the very least, "Let me know if you need anything". I didn't even see a sales professional on the lot, and I drove around the entire lot 3 times, getting out several times. Maybe they're doing so well they don't need my business.

In short, check your paperwork and bill of sale. I recently purchased a new 2022 Rav4 Hybrid. Salesman told me the dealership has 2 mandatory additional cost with a purchase of a new vehicle, 5 yr Wheel and Tire Protection and Theft Protection. I was okay with that and told them I only wanted that and the car, nothing else. Went through finance in less than an hour, everything was digital, and was sent on my way. When I got home I went though my paperwork. The only thing I got sent home with was DMV registration forms and loan agreement. No bill of sale, nothing that says I have any additional coverages, nothing explaining what my additional coverage covers. I roughly went through the numbers and notice there was roughly $500 unaccounted for. So I called my salesman and asked for a my bill of sale. After a few days I received the bill of sale in my email. Upon review I was charged an additional $633 for an extended warranty that was never talked about or agreed to. I went in to ask about it and and was told they would reimburse it to my loan. On purpose or an accident either way it’s not a good look. Overall I had a good experience with my purchase beside the additional charge. I just recommend throughly check your paperwork.

Made the worst mistake by purchasing a certified pre-owned from this dealership.I am from Indiana but I purchased a certified pre-owned from this dealership on 8/23/2022. Paper work was completed by the manager and sales tax was collected and i was told that i will receive the tax/title/registration paperwork in mail within 2 to 4 weeks and all i have to do is to visit BMV and get a plate. I was given a temporary tag which as per the manager is valid for 45days. I Drove the car back to Indiana. I called the dealership back just over 2 weeks after the purchase to follow-up on the paperwork. I was told that the paperwork has been submitted to the head office (Gurly Leep is the parent company) and I should be receiving the paperwork in less than 2 week. A whole month passed since the purchase date and i called back to follow-up on the paperwork. I was transferred to the accounting department and I was informed that i should have been issued the check for sales tax paid at the time of purchase as they don't collect sales tax from out of state residents and I have to do the paperwork by myself, which is completely opposite of what the sales manager told me. As of today the temporary tag has 9 days remaining and i still do not have any paperwork regarding the sales tax i paid at the time of purchase even though i was charged Title Fee $25 + License Fee $ 250 + Documentary Fee $ 180 + Sales Tax $ 1502, Totaling $1957.

Great place to shop through! Michael helped explain to me everything I needed to know to make my first auto purchase! He explained everything thoroughly and helped me find the perfect vehicle!! Will definitely recommend this place to my friends :)

Tech didn't reset the I don't know what it's called, at the cluster gages. It says to press something to reset but I don't see how to do it.

The horrible experience. I got appointment with salesman at 3pm to buy a 2021 truck. He could to me the truth is busy just come back 3-4 hour to do paperwork, but he told me he will get me in 2 minutes. I wait for 3 hours then I walk out one of the guys run behind tell me I'm next if I wait for 20 more minutes. I told I been waiting enough. He told me if I don't want to buy the truck don't wait his time. Thank, I will spend 50k to buy the truck, but not with those guys. They are very rude and lied to their teeth.
