Karen was so honest…I took in 3 gowns for altering and she altered two and shared that the other fit just like it should. I couldn’t have been happier with the experience!”

“My first western boot purchase was in November of 2023 and the very helpful staff at Boot Barn made the experience absolutely successful. They were very knowledgeable but never pushy, and they have a decent rewards program as well. I have gone back a couple of times already to also check out their great selection of apparel. Their hours are good too with earlier than expected opening times compared to other stores.”

“Very knowledgeable. I was in so much pain from mid foot osteoarthritis that I couldn't walk without a lot of pain. They did the foot scan and listened to me and now I'm walking almost pain free. He was very patient during the fitting and friendly. I highly recommend fleet feet!”
