Was supposed to fix my DVD player in my van. Never did and still has it in his possession. I've tried calling several times to at least get it back.

At first Dave was very nice and accommodating. He took a look at my sterio and could not find a problem at first. We made an appointment for him to look into it more. He told me to text him to confirm the appointment, when I did I didn't get an answer. I gave him a call and told me that he was in Illinois and couldn't make it because I was just a first time customer that would not bring in a lot of money. He told me I could make another appointment but no guarantee he would actually be able to do that time. I'm sure if the job is expensive he is dependable but just go to Best Buy where you know the job will actually get done.

Dave was great... within 20min of my initial call I had a replacement radio installed and I was on my merry way. I'm not sure how you can beat that for 40 bucks!

When I called he picked up, told me what to bring and where to bring it. He even texted me a link with the items I would need off of Amazon. When I arrived to drop the car off we talked briefly about what he was going to do, it took about 2 hours and it was done. Excellent job! I’ll be going back to Serrano electronics for all my car audio installations.

Dave is a great person to deal with. Knows his stuff. He fixed my radio in my truck, had it out in a jiffy and came back later that day for an install. Very reasonably priced and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend him for any of your electronic needs. Dealer I bought the truck from could never figure it, dave knew what it was before I even got there, squeezed me in and had it fixed in the same day.
