I recently visited Sephora and had the pleasure of being assisted by Gaby. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand my needs. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free!!

Probably one of my best experiences in a Sephora. This girl…she was super helpful with options on face lotions and helped me out a lot! even gave me samples to try! Thank you again for everything you helped me with and your recommendations!

I am traveling in for a wedding and breaking out so I ran in to grab some spot treatment and Misty and Kyla were so helpful to jump in and point me to the right direction for all my needs. Thank you girls!

The least helpful employees of any Sephora I've ever been to. I'm not a huge beauty product nut but I am definitely a fragrance lover. The two girls working here never once left from behind the counter, never once asked any customers if they needed assistance. When a lady asked if they carried a certain product, they said no, went about their business, and then made fun of her as soon as she was out of ear shot. I asked if I could check out in Sephora, I had a fragrance in my cart and a couple clothing items. They said 'you can go out there to check out' and I repeated my question, the one then said well if you have a sephora product yeah. Had you been paying attention to anyone inside the sephora, you would have seen me looking for fragrances for 10 minutes and maybe then you would know I was actually shopping. I'll go anywhere *but* Sephora now. I will be buying the full size Tom Fords direct from them now, thanks!

Very extremely highly disappointed. Took granddaughter to look at makeup on our first trip there together. The young girl working there had makeup drawn all over her face with words etc. She did not seem helpful and she called me lovey. Several times when I tried to direct her to assist us. We ended up shopping on our own. That is not the worst part. The worst part is that I had NEver been there so I did not know there were make up tester cotton tip things and there was supposed to be mascara tip things to try those samples also. So those were all missing all the good stuff was sold out shelves were NOT stocked at ALL. Even the sephora mascara was sold out. You woukd think a store would atheist not run out of their own brand much less all the other hot selling items. The worst part besides being ignored and Making our trip less than fun or memorable was a woman whom appeared from nowhere and came into sephora from elsewhere in kohl's to directly confront me and tell me I could not try on make up directly from the testers and that i could not accuse her if I got a disease or eye issue from not asking first or using a swatch. At that point I should have just packed up my family and left empty handed. The lovey girl by then who failed to tell me how things work was busy showing another woman how to put on makeup. It looked terrible and she seems put out by the fact I interrupted her by saying I was ready to check out. There was yet another worker whom also came out of nowhere and seemed to be put off by the fact I asked to check out. She said she worked for kohl's and knew nothing about sephora but that she would help me check out. They all 3 said there were NO SPEcials NO SAMPLES absolutely no deals. Seriously the most unprofessional unorganized un nice sephora besides the jcpenny mall one which was actually just as bad. I cannot even imagine how one is supposed to look or act to actually receive any sort of help there. I was also not told that I could save big and get free samples if I ordered online. And that online they are NOT OUT OF STOCK of sephora mascara nor the lip balm we wanted to purchase. And we could get free samples to also try online and pick up in store even or receive free shipping. So the testers were there but I was supposed to ask invisible until you did something they didnt like employeees for permission and assistance even though I was met with cold blank stares and threats to not come to them if I get sick from their most likely germ filled testers. I saw no one cleaning or sterilizing any thing the whole hour we looked around and filled our baskets.Do BETTER. And yes, you are welcome to contact me. I am repurchasing my things online and returning everything back to your store location. You can keep it. I felt we were being singled out and ignored purposely and very blatant and clear when others came into the store and the workers helped them but chastised me directly. I do not like confrontation. I felt like a shoplifter or mere lowlife criminal when confronted and accused of 'using their sample without asking first'Never go here is my advice. Order online and save yourself the trouble.

Initially loved when this store first opened but it soon turned into an unsanitary, unorganized mess that I no longer patronize. I would strongly advise spending your money elsewhere.

GREAT experience…I started to realize that the Maybelline foundation I had been using was causing my cystic acne. Went into this Sephora with a list of questions, and the girl that helped me answered them all. She recommended a Clinique foundation and said it’s specifically made for acne prone skin… they were unfortunately out of my shade but she gave me 2 samples of it, which should last me a couple weeks. I have been using the foundation for a week now and sure enough my acne has almost completely cleared. Great ecperience with a great associate.

Bought a product through the app, and wanted to return but half way through my sentence she cut me off and said it can’t be returned unless at a stand alone store or online. Which is fine but she was very rude, and seemed like she just wanted me to leave. I asked if they had make-up wipes and she said they were out and maybe I could look in the Kohls store. I get if she couldn’t help me, but it was her attitude. Very discouraging to shop in this store, which is a shame because I would rather see product in store than buy online.

Have you ever wanted to see what a makeup store looks like during a riot or tornado? Well look no further! Shelves disheveled, product missing everywhere, and testers looking like a 3 year old was allowed to play with them prior to putting out. That's if you could find the tester for the product advertised on the shelf. Maybe 1/4 inventory in stock if you do find what you like. The person working there unconcerned or unbothered while playing on the phone. I am just going to mash up berries and dirt and use it for my makeup. Seems more sanitary than purchasing anything.

My experience first started with trying to call the store- I was on an automated message for 35 minutes “waiting for a Sephora beauty expert” to pick up the phone. They never did. Then I actually got to the store only to find shipment boxes everywhere, barely any product on the shelf & a staff that didn’t greet me until I had been walking around for about 15 minutes. This was my first and last time visiting Sephora at kohl’s ?

I went in looking for new products and the team was so welcoming and showed me everything and told me how everything needed to be applied. I didn't give a budget but it was nice for them to think about that and show other products that were more price friendly and I love that as a younger adult it can be hard to just buy what you see going viral. Everything I got was vegan/animal cruelty products and that's a must for me. It's been about a wk and all the products I got are fantastic!!! But they did boost my confidence just by helping me I knew I wasn't going to be lost with them thank you guys!!

The girls here are so rude! Not all but one in particular when asking if they have any more of the perfume she was so upset I interrupted her because she was on her phone AT THE REGISTER, proceed to say with attitude “do you see any other sizes there? If not then, no.” I figured that but I always thought I’d rather ask then assume. ??♀️ do better. Sorry you hate your job. She was white female, brown hair with glasses.
