Sadly my 1st visit to this location in years and I experienced the "white" is right and >black< move to the back treatment. If I could put a negative symbol in front of that 1 star I certainly would. I'm tremendously grateful God has humbled me so I didn't express my stretch armstrong and later get called !ghetto! Customer service!! What does that mean anymore!?

I went to order a cake in the store and the clerk informed me that I had to place my order online. THEN when I placed the order online. I couldn't pick it up on the day and time that worked for me. My ONLY choice was 5 days prior to the event. Whatever happened to customer service??? So disappointing for a plus member. I ordered 3 full sheet cakes that might or might not be good after sitting in our refrigerator for 5 days. Unacceptable!

I think it's terrible that you can't even call the local number and get through to the store, they have to divert you to a call center where you speak to people that you can't even understand their language. Something simple as scheduling a service in automotive can't be done by calling tye local number anymore. Very poor customer service.

Slow and need more help when delivering to cars that check in. Ridiculous to watch people pull in AFTER YOU get service BEFORE you. Use to love Sam’s Club but now reconsidering going to Costco because they actually appreciate customers.

I am living far from any Sam’s club. So, I canceled my subscription. But I have a Sam’s Club credit card. I called the online helpline; they assured me I could enter with a daily temporary pass. Today, I was waiting in the queue for 25 minutes, and finally, the lady said I couldn’t enter as there is no system of issuing a daily pass. I came from 90 miles away and found this. All because of misleading information. I didn’t say anything, but felt so bad. They should have better training so that customer get accurate information.
Last year I costed only few times though I have the yearly membership. Anyway, I’ll go for other wholesaler warehouse.

We really enjoy shopping at Sam's Club. We love their selection of seasonal items, clothing and food. We love the quality of produce they provide and the prices are hard to beat. The bakery makes great cakes and desserts. The cupcakes are an amazing value and great for birthday parties. We also love the individually packaged snacks selection which makes it easy and affordable to buy treats to pass around in the classroom.
