Went to Sams Club today to pick up a pair of shorts , some women with her dingy husband did not like where I was going to park and waited for me to get inside store and started to harass me horribly and called horriable names and threatened me , I called a manager " Kelly" ( I was in the store at this time ) Who was 0 help and told me that it's to bad and they could not have them leave store after that was happening to me ! Really Sams Club Davenport Elmore Ave ! The store is completely losing good customers to trashy people ! It's there fault , it's only for money ! Well I will NEVER go back and will make sure all I know , will know how I was treated ! It's no wonder Costco rocks !! They don't put up with this shit ! Bye , bye gross sams club !!!

I would go in and it seems fine and the people are fairly nice but I could could tell that they want to go home I went and did my shopping and couldn't find a lamp without customer service so then I go to checkout and there was 4 people working the registers and the lines weren't moving so I go to self checkout, scan my items and all the registers don't accept cash and you have to pay with credit cards or wait in line for cash, so then I go to get a icee and the café is closed but there is someone inside just walking around in there sit for 15minutes to see if they will open it and while I'm there 10 people come looking and are turned down so I leave

Sam's in Davenport Iowa has the worst costumer service!! The store is also very dirty and they are definitely not following the COVID guidelines that is listed on there website. Not cleaning carts and not cleaning check outs in between customers and social distancing not being followed . All front line management are absolutely terrible just standing around and definitely not making sure check out lanes are running smoothly. Cashiers all seem to be not trained in there jobs properly. Absolutely the worst place to shop !!!

When ever i come to town my grandmother and i always go to Sams. She likes the fruit and veggie trays. The meat butcher recognized her and came out to wish her happy holidays. Great customer service. Keep up the good work.

Ok, since reviewing this last, the QCA was blessed with the opening of its own Costco. So, since then... Costco is better for gas. 18 pumps vs like 6. Parking is hell. Seriously, Costco has a way better parking lot. As far as prices, well some things are cheaper, others are not. Sams did step up and remodel, just before Costco got here. I like their butcher section, where you can get what you want in the quantity you want. And sushi... they have sushi and Costco does not. I still favor Costco for its management process (I'd much rather support Costco than Wal-mart aka Sams ANYTIME)... but I actually am of the mindset to keep BOTH memberships at this time. Both have their own merit, and I like both at this time. That said, I have definitely found items at Costco that are WAAAAY cheaper than Sam's and sometimes those in reverse too. Long live competition... let us all benefit and move forward.

The place is pretty clean. The isles are always stocked. The only problem is the long lines. I understand they can't control when customers are going to surge in, but the last time I was there the lines were all open, and things were just moving very poorly. Occasionally you have to show your card at the door, but its selective. The employees pick and choose who to 'card.' Thankfully they have the scan and go. It saves time but again, only having one person checking receipts at the door doesn't help speed it along. Their food, for being food court style, is actually pretty good in my opinion. You get what you pay for.
