Your scan and go on the Café is messing up the in line orders. Schedule more workers or disable the app. The one employee was overwhelmed. I am not mad at her but my friends and I waited a half-hour for our food.

Went to Sams Club today to pick up a pair of shorts , some women with her dingy husband did not like where I was going to park and waited for me to get inside store and started to harass me horribly and called horriable names and threatened me , I called a manager " Kelly" ( I was in the store at this time ) Who was 0 help and told me that it's to bad and they could not have them leave store after that was happening to me ! Really Sams Club Davenport Elmore Ave ! The store is completely losing good customers to trashy people ! It's there fault , it's only for money ! Well I will NEVER go back and will make sure all I know , will know how I was treated ! It's no wonder Costco rocks !! They don't put up with this shit ! Bye , bye gross sams club !!!

over all it's a good store although I will say maybe have a chat with employees specifically the ones who were stocking soda Friday about 3pm about not loudly discussing how high they are and other inappropriate subjects as multiple customers some with kids are in the aisle. no one cares they smoke it up. however they should probably keep it to themselves.

I would go in and it seems fine and the people are fairly nice but I could could tell that they want to go home I went and did my shopping and couldn't find a lamp without customer service so then I go to checkout and there was 4 people working the registers and the lines weren't moving so I go to self checkout, scan my items and all the registers don't accept cash and you have to pay with credit cards or wait in line for cash, so then I go to get a icee and the café is closed but there is someone inside just walking around in there sit for 15minutes to see if they will open it and while I'm there 10 people come looking and are turned down so I leave

SHOUT OUT MICHELLE AT MEMBER SERVICES!!!!! You are my hero of the day! I appreciated you so much! Michelle’s customer service is absolutely stellar! She solved all of my problems! She was great! I am definitely going back just to say “Hi” to her. The amount of time that she spent with me was above and beyond. Her and I were on the same understanding that we did not want me to walk away without having all of my issues resolved! She is amazing!!!

Half of the gas pumps aren’t working. It’s one thing that the gas station is laid out poorly, I doubt they had control over that; but to have half the pumps working is ridiculous. And it impedes traffic all the way out to the road and in their parking lot.

Been sitting at the gas station for over an hour. 1 other customer said something to employee and they were getting a manager. I walked up to store and asked for them to get manager. Still waiting and now late for work! This is not very customer friendly! Not sure if I will Renew membership

Prices are good but customer service is terrible. Shannon took care of my appointment and payment and not once greeted me or thanked me for shopping there. She was just very rude like I was a bother to her. If their prices weren't so good I would never come back. The staff here needs a lesson on customer service.

The manager Felicia smith is a disgrace and represents this company with shame. She is an evil woman and speaks to her grandchildren like they are worthless. She told them she does not wish to see them because she did not ask for them to be brought in this world. There are 12 grandchildren she is speaking of. Her son is addicted to meth and she told his children that it is their fault that he abuses illegal drugs. Her son ran an illegal fundraiser for kids backpacks and pocketed all the proceeds and bought drugs and a new car.
