DELLA was fabulous! I came in as a last minute new client who is growing her hair and in NEED of color correction. She was patient with me and helped me put into words the look I was wanting. I booked an appointment for services. My appointment was for 6:15 PM and I travel from 45 minutes away. At 2 PM on the day of the appointment I received a vm that an opening was available earlier in the day, and could I please come in then. When I returned the call and said that I would not be able to be in earlier aesthetician said OK. Then I received another VM letting me know she had an “emergency.“ I would need to reschedule. I reached out to salon on the Avenue and was able to book an appointment at the last minute there instead.

I had a facial with Elyse and it was an absolutely amazing. She truly made it feel more customized to what my skin needed and i left feeling so refreshed and my skin was glowing! My husband could even tell it was glowy!! She made the whole experience relaxing and comfortable- I can’t wait to go back for my next one!

I've received 2 facial services from Elyse that included a hand massage, and a foot scrub. She has been so kind to tailor the experience to my skin's needs.
