I've had nothing but problems so far. I went in and got new tires that went well then I decided I need new rims the ones I had were causing some other issues so I was planning on using them for a different vehicle. That's when trouble began they messed up my old rims, lost the center caps to the new rims, cross threaded every lug nut, and broke a stud. They wouldn't fix the studs saying they have no mechanic, cool I'm a mechanic and it's an older truck so I'll fix it but shouldn't they be responsible for there mistakes. Fast forward it's been 6ish months waiting on the center caps to the rims and I've spoke with 5 different people between managers and associates and I've never gotten my center caps. Why am I paying for these rims if there incomplete. I have tried calling and nobody answers I'm to the point that I'll go get new rims and tires just so I never have to deal with this again. I want to be a loyal customer but I don't like being scammed or lied to every time I try to get something fixed that they caused it's really not worth the headache to come here because you will be tracking people down to have them tell you what you want to hear and then never do anything about it.

Gave me 3 brand new tires and 1 tire that isn't even the same brand. It has caused leaking issues so we are putting air in the tire every few days. They are always rude or refuse to answer the phone when we call. Now to make matters worse they have taken 3 payments from me and overdrafted my account. I authorized one Thursday 6/27/2024, was due for my payment to be made again Saturday 6/29/2024. They took the 2nd payment early and the 3rd one is just theft. I have left numerous messages and am getting no response back. At this point I would rather give the tires back and call the money I have spent on this a total loss. Do not come here, you will be disappointed.

This place has been ok… but more training should be offered to employees. Especially to their rep Jennifer… her tone is offensive and she’s very rude! Will just hang up when trying to get clarification on your account. Would definitely speak with someone else if you unluckily get her on the phone!! Maybe she just likes to speak in person, I might swing by and give that a try!

Read what you sign and do the math yourself, do not trust them to do it for you! I'm paying about $700 extra because I didn't double check their dates & math in regard to the 120 days same as cash, that's how they get ya. They did something to my tire pressure monitor system and I had to go back twice for them to fix then replace it. They also weren't even taking the full payments we agreed upon, and they blocked me on fb when I left this review there lol

Went in for tires, they checked my whole undercarriage all for the cost of the tires.

I had a great experience at R&R tires the service was fantastic this is actually my second set of rims that I've gotten from them and I've had nothing but great service since day one I would recommend them to anybody that needs tires or rims

Would give this place 0 stars if I could! I went in November 2023 to get 1 new tire and alignment because my tire was starting to wear out… paid $100 and agreed to pay the rest in payments because it’s all I had at the the moment… the total was about $200 with tax… now it’s April 2024 and I’ve paid a total of $560 for one tire… my alignment was done wrong (after getting that same tire replaced with a $10 warranty) as soon as I got on the interstate my cars jerking left… DONT RECOMMEND!! Save your money and time elsewhere!!!
