Needed work boots. Sales person acknowledged me right off. Was very knowledgeable of product. She helped me do the shoe scan. I picked my style choice. Tried and bought them. She also helped me with other products I might need.

I was initially given all the information I needed over the phone. The lady has been there for many years and she is always helpful and knows what I need to do.when I came in to finsh my purchase that evening a very pleasant young lady finished my transaction and helped me with a pair of boots I already had.

We were assisted in selecting boots for a warehouse job. The boots started falling apart about 6 months after the purchase. When we took them in to see what could be done ( still within the year of purchase) we were told they wouldn’t do anything about this. They have lost our business and that of others in our family. I believe most people would expect boots to hold up better than this. Especially given the fact they were used in a warehouse for which the employee is standing and packing boxes . The fact that this company chooses to do nothing about this is incredibly disappointing.

The lady helping me was awesome, quick and efficient. Came in on a lunch break to get insoles. I asked how fast for the walk test she said maybe 5 mins. Probably took less. In and out simple process.

Buyer beware - only had these 4 months (purchased 11/12/2023 - model 2403). The sole on the R boot is falling apart and I stopped in today, noticed it Friday. I was told I need to come back when a manager is available- Mon, Tues, Thurs between 9-2 or Friday 9-5 to see if anything can be done. Not really convenient since I work 8-6 almost daily. I contacted Red Wing directly and am waiting to hear back….

My wife started her new job at Amazon, she told me how she was on her feet all day. I recommend the best boot I know of on the market. We went to the Red Wing store on 53rd st. Davenport, IA about 5pm. We arrived and were greeted very welcoming, with anything we would like to try or any questions we might have. We found a boot my wife liked. My wife asked for a size 8 wide. But the Red Wing store only had a size 8. Which would have worked, but the polite red wing employee said, they have a boot stretcher. She said we could try that and come back tomorrow. My wife agreed to do that. The next day we came back, it was a good thing we stretched it and waited. My wife is very happy with our purchase. She said they are the most comfortable boots, her feet don't hurt coming home after a 10 hour shift as before with her other boots. I recommend Red Wing boots very much. Won't buy anything else.

I y'all don't know about the build and material quality & utility of Red Wing work boots, do inform yourselves. They are quite good. Moreover, most Red Wing employees in their stores are knowledgeable and helpful. I was at this location 13MAR2023 and the young lady who helped us (I forget her name. Dark hair, wore black Iron Rangers width EE.) was even better than most. After decades of work and decades of wearing Red Wings, I still learned a few things from her and her enthusiasm for her work was apparent. Buying from good salesfolks takes some of the sting out of the price, that is sure enough.

Chelsea was wonderful! She helped me find the best fitting work boots and i felt very welcomed and not like just another sale. These redwing boots are the most comfortable pair of work boots I have ever worn! I will recommend this store to my friends.

They did not have a good selection of women's steel toed shoes. If you are a woman that wears bigger than a size 5 you will not be able to purchase a shoe without the hassle of having them order a pair for you. The sales woman suggested that I buy a man's shoe. No thank you.
