Employees seem to have way more knowledge on auto parts and how to actually find a part. Other parts stores in my area have become a joke when it comes to auto parts knowledge and customer service.

I got rotors and a caliper at iwi in davenport iowa.and they took us on the run around and gave us the wrong side caliper. So we took it back to exchange it but they said they needed all the parts including the brackets when they could have swapped it all out. It was just that simple. But instead my boyfriend paid out of pocket for the right one and in the meantime we went back to midas where our car was and they just slapped it all back together for us. So we took it back to iwi and they said all they owe us is the price for the refund on the wrong caliper they gave us. But they owed us the 75 dollars for bringing the old caliper in for the core charge. So after the whole run around my boyfriend and the manager were yelling and cussing at each other till they finally gave us what they owed us. So just so everyone knows they r really bad for business so dont go threw them for ur auto parts.

They are awesome there at IWI the counter guys really know what they are doing and are always 100% professional. They have a very diverse and extensive inventory which covers many years of many different vehicles. Honestly one of the best parts stores around if u ever have trouble with them it's probably because u belong in AutoZone.
