Had an appointment today at 9 am. It’s been an hour and I am still here. The nurse is averaging minutes per blood draw.

I had no problems with this location. I scheduled my appointment for 11am. I went in and checked in at the front desk. Waited for a few mins and then was taken back to get my blood drawn. Was in and out in less than 15 mins. The lady who took my blood was very nice. I would come here again. I would never just walk in, since appointments are prioritized over walk ins. So if you just walk in and there’s numerous people ahead of you that have appointments you will have to wait. So just schedule your appointment. It’s not that hard.

Do not use this facility! I scheduled an appointment for 11:30. At 12:15 the lady informed us in the waiting room that she was going to take her lunch break. At 1:00pm I finally left with NO BLOODWORK done as she continued with her break. Let that sink in- she had customers sit in a waiting room for over 90 minutes with no service, while she took over a 1/2 hour break. (Could have continued linger after I left) I then spent 20 minutes on the phone with Quest customer service getting a refund processed.

Scheduled an appointment via phone for 11am today to do a drug screen. Was in and out in 7 minutes. Quick, seemed friendly (did not know names) and was back on my way. Good experience

I read reviews and they made me nervous for my appointment due to negativity. I had an exceptional experience today at Quest in Davenport, IA. Service was fast and friendly, staff was knowledgeable, and I was impressed how streamlined everything was. I hope this helps put someone else at ease for their appointment!

I set up my appointment via phone the day before for my labs, I went in at my scheduled time, had my blood drawn by a professional and polite staff member and I was on my way. Fast and convenient.

Have been to them at lest six times and I have never had an issue. Results posted by my doctor within 2 days as long as it wasn't over a weekend.

My wife and I had to take partial days off work to drive over an hour to this location to complete simple blood tests for a discount on my company's health insurance. Two days afterwards, we BOTH got emails that there were errors in the collection or processing of our specimens and results could not be provided. We're now trying to decide if the discount is even worth having to take off additional time from work to drive 2+ hours round trip when we have no faith that they won't screw it up again. The "You had one job....." meme definitely applies here.

The worst customer experience ,even with appointment still have to wait over an hour. If you try to call they will never pickup and make you wait longer time until you give up .Résultats takes over 4 days to be shown on the portrait.

These people are absolute scammers. I had my insurance take care ofvthis and Quest filed it wrong with them. It obviously got rejected. I had them file again and I have no financial redponsibility because it goes to network savings. Yet, Quest still sent me a bill!! That's scam number one. They also sent me bill with prices double than what they list on their website. I called them with the insurance agent and Quest hung up when we tried to explain it to them!
