I am reading the reviews for Dr. Davis and his staff and I am in complete disagreement with the negative comments about the staff. Samantha that answers the phone and is at reception, is not only pleasant on the phone, but in person too. She remembers who you are and listens to what you are saying and does what she can with her resources.Dr. Davis is great, he takes his time to listen, and lets me partake in decisions regarding my treatment to whatever is ailing me. He has never brushed my symptoms off in fact he goes above and beyond from my experience with other doctors. I have never felt unheard in this office.Does this office have areas that need improvement, absolutely, but I would rather be proactive in my health care then see some of the changes. You are your own advocate, but you still need to be respectful in order to get respect. I feel sorry for the staff when people call in pain and can't get answers, they can't help you if they don't have the information they need. I have been that person and can reflect on my own poor behavior in this situation, but I do apologize once I realize what I am doing or have done.I would recommend this office to anyone for care from Dr. Davis, he is very intelligent and you can tell this is a passion, and not a paycheck.

Dr. Davis pays little attention to Seniors. Doesn't follow through with a physical, or checks feet on Diabetics.

Very rude receptionist assistance and doctors. Their bedside manner sucks and I believe they think they are God's gift to anybody their servicing and that the patients should bow at their feet. They choose to leave you in pain Knowing they have the solution to get you out of pain they still choose not to help you get out of pain. That's unfair not just to me but to every patient they choose to leave in pain. They choose to do nothing. They don't listen very well and they dismiss what the patient is saying because they didn't hear with compassion they're definitely missing compassion in that office. They're too quick to dismiss what the patient is feeling because they have technical information that really is not very useful. I was diagnosed based on what the doctor had seen in the previous weeks she didn't listen to me and now the problem is worse. It's okay though I found a way better doctor in the Trinity health system. My new doctor listened to like a champ we talked for over an hour and he thanked me for that communication. He heard what I was saying with compassion and addressed every issue. Unlike the doctors at quad City family physicians.

Front desk doesn't know what they are doing and very rude...doctor takes a hour to come in and see you then acts like he don't know anything..tell him you want something then he will give it to you ..even if you don't need it.

We love Dr. Davis and Danielle the NP. We liked them so much my sisters and their families all started going here. Its hard to find a doctor that has similar beliefs and isn't under a big hospital. We even saw the new NP and she was very sweet, however the front desk ladies are extremely rude and unprofessional. As a healthcare worker I know I was treated in a very unacceptable way on a phone call and the issue at hand ended up being the fault on their end with no apology. I let the "assitant" know of my treatment and that maybe she could have handled the situation better? Upon arrival to my appointment two days later I was sitting and waiting and couldn't help but notice the two behind the desk as well as the one I made my complaint to laughing and talking about me. If I didn't like the doctors so much that would have been it for me.

The lady who answered the phone was horrible. If this is any indicator of the way the office runs their Practice , it is BAD! Very rude lady. She definitely needs to work in the back office away from people and off the phones!

Was here for about 8 yrs. Jason seemed like a good dr. himself, the handful of times I seen him, but they go through a lot of nurse practitioners and the front office is rude to extremely rude. My wife was there for several yrs they were rude to her as well as 3 other people we recommended there early on. They already have all the patients they need and the demand for general family practitioners is so high right now they have no problem throwing you away like toilet paper. Never left a bad review before, but felt this place earned it

My entire family has used this practice for years. Jason Davis is an amazing doctor and every practitioner he has had has been knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My 18 yr old son just moved up here as well and we had ZERO difficulty getting him established here as well. Receptionist/nurses are friendly and always greet with a smile. Even recognize my voice over the phone and joke around with my kids. Love this place. Highly recommended.

Our family has received great care here over the past 6 years. There is sometimes a longer wait but I guarantee it's because Dr Davis is taking time to listen to his patients. One thing I wasn't expecting was how incredibly fast my most recent labor/delivery went and I think it had a lot to do with the Osteo adjustments, those have helped me a lot.

Tried to call to establish care and the receptionist was rude because of an insurance issue. Glad To have experienced it so I can go elsewhere. These reviews are not lying when they said it first.

Office staff is rude over the phone.One of the doctors here is a step dad to my boyfriend’s daughter. He failed to notify us they had a covid-19 positive person stay in his home. He let a couple of his children “hang out at the office” during a pandemic, and is still attending work at this office even after admitting he had a covid-19 positive person in his home in the same week. Completely unprofessional.

The way they handle their billing is Very unprofessional. Discontinued services with me in the middle of care over a billing dispute after being a loyal customer for years. Office manager is also very rude.
