Facility is clean and nice. BUT, being out of town and having to pay online is a major pain. The last three months, every month, it takes me days to pay. The reason is the website says either page doesn't exist, won't load, won't accept password, on and on. Why is it so hard to give them money? Would not use them again.

When we stored our stuff there it was very good. However, there was a big fire in one of the units that contaminated manynof the units with smoke and sut. Not sure if the entire storage facility is open for business.
