they gave no massage. They just put the lotion on my legs. They scrape both sides of my ankle in the next day. They were red on those spots.and the quality was just Bad my toe nail polish starting to peel the next day.

Did my nails terribly, when I came in to get them fixed, complained about it. it’s not my fault you can’t do acrylic correctly. Just very rude customer service overall. And bad at doing nails

Super rude , when I said I didn’t like my nails and just wanted to pay for what little they did do they charged me full price. I was no where near done and the shape was horrendous

Preface this with my mom and sister go here all the time and have for years, but never again.
They did my 83 year old mom dirty. So my mom took my 10 year old niece and they got manicures. At the end the tech said my nieces costs was 140 DOLLARS!! What??? When it’s a child, why wouldn’t you ask the adult before you start doing multiple expensive services? ESPECIALLY before you put fake nails on her. They knew exactly what they were doing, taking advantage of a senior because I’ll tell you right now I wouldn’t have paid and just walked right out. This is Elder abuse at its finest.
My poor mom got $175 in gift certificates for Christmas and walked away with NOTHING left, and all my mom got was a regular pedicure.

Didn’t do such a good job on my nails, the clear polish made the top coat crunchy. Even turned on a translation app, and they weren’t saying very nice things about me.

The owner enjoys digging out ingrown toenails to the point of inflicting terrible pain. I told her it hurt and to stop. My 2 big toes throbbed all night and I had to take Tylenol for the pain. What is strange is I clipped my own toenails in-between pedicures and would have noticed an ingrown toenail. I didn't know how to tell her I didn't want her to do my pedicure so now I have to go somewhere else. I really enjoyed other employees but not her. Everytime I have had her she does this to me.

Called and talked with Nick to make an appointment for wed. Sept 7 at 11:30 am get there and he said he couldn’t do them had another appointment at 11:45 am. I had drove for 35 miles for this appointment. Not happy at all.
