Not even worth the energy I used to try and clean the car. It wouldn't get the dust or any bugs of the car. I even used the brush.

No rinse cycle on Soft touch, no response from anyone after message left and stopping by and leveling name and number. Won’t go back, communication is important.

Dissatisfied! Won't be returning indefinitely! Used the automatic wash, turns out the touch less wash, touches left with scratches on my car! Thanx so much I really appreciate the damage!

Used to be our favorite car wash. It has certainly gone down hill. Pre spray barely works anymore, not even covering the center of the car as the sprayers aren't very pressurized anymore. The car ahead of me got only about 60% of their car covered in soap. And of the soap it does manage to get on your car it doesn't wash it off well. Left soap residue all over.Services: Vacuuming

I have been to more than a lot of self-serve car washes all over the country, and this one is hands-down the best. It’s clean, it’s well-maintained, everything works, and it is clearly run by someone who cares about their business

The worst car wash I have ever used, soft touch brushes never touched the car and it looks like they are missing 2/3rds of the brushes. Never come here again waste of money. It did not even rinse my truck completely.

One must define truck. Anything over 10 feet will not fit.meaning no box trucks.

First, who was on duty at 1/21 @ 15:30 - 15:45 insulted & asked me (customer) if I speak Spanish. Second, asked to close the door after I am done (as if this is my first time using a car wash), and third, trying to kick me out by screaming that other people behind me waiting in lines, remind you that I’m only been there 15 minutes and just got finished rinsing. Owner or manager, you all need to do a training on how to treat your customer right. I spent my money here and who ever that employee was made comment that everybody else also paying $. Unbelievable!

Whenever I want to give my car a full service wash, I know Power Wash's heated bays are up for the challenge. Never had an issue with anything being faulty or too expensive and they're open 24/7. 5 stars

They need to do a Serious Remodel update on this car wash. I got Concrete Splattered on my freshly waxed truck. Wanted to do a quick spray off, Six Dollars on my CC, which is okay. I just wanted to use water on the truck. Then I decided to use soap on the rims. Switched to soap and waited and waited. No soap, switched back to water, was all the way on the other side of the truck and get a soap blast.

Apparently your not allowed to clean a vehicle out (throwing away fast food bags etc.) when using this car wash, if you make the mistake of trying to throw away the trash people with kids tend to collect there, expect to be called disgusting names, and threatened to have law enforcement called, I have never used this car wash (Nor will I ever) as there is a much better one a block further up the road, if you are looking to clean inside and out, as most people do at a car wash, your better bet is to go a couple blocks east to quick shine express, they have free vacuums, and cheap car washes.
