This is a good gym and I like it there's no problems with this gym and it's useful around where I am and convenient. They also have protien bars and energy drinks for sale. This place is a great place for learning about working out and the people are nice here.

The staff, Jax, went above and beyond my expectations. And my expectations are high!
First, I’m relocating from another city, Chicago. I lost my access pass, they still use them in Chicago, and I couldn’t get in to work out. Initially, my account couldn’t be found. Jax called Chicago, helped staff there to find my account information and got me set up to resume working out. Thanks! Jax. Without people and staff like you Planet fitness couldn’t keep my business. That’s service above and beyond.

Went there a few times. Last 2 or 3 times Machines were not the cleanest. Had to clean before using them. Could have been somebody not cleaning them after using them... all sweaty and wet on seats and handles. Employees were busy doing seemingly nothing at the front counter, while one person was trying to keep up.. canceled our memberships.

8am and there is hair everywhere in the women's locker room including all the showers. There were razers, bra pads, soap.... are you serious right now. It IS 8 AM in THE MORNING. this should've already been cleaned before they opened. Then you can't even find an employee anywhere to make the complaint and ask them to clean. Very unprofessional

Joined the other day. The hydro massage alone is worth the fee. Wife and I go in almost every day just for that. PF has a great app that gives you workouts if you have no clue as to what to do.

They don't clean the locker rooms, I can only imagine what else is dirty! Bugs all over the shower!!!!

Went to clean off my elliptical and went to three of the stations, and there was no paper towels. Three of the TVs were off, and when I went to leave to tell the girl she was nowhere to be found.

Toilets are disgusting and they never flush and paper towels are ALWAYS out while staff sit at the desk on their phones or talking to someone
