“We really enjoy shopping at Sam's Club. We love their selection of seasonal items, clothing and food. We love the quality of produce they provide and the prices are hard to beat. The bakery makes great cakes and desserts. The cupcakes are an amazing value and great for birthday parties. We also love the individually packaged snacks selection which makes it easy and affordable to buy treats to pass around in the classroom.”

“I'm not a member at Costco, but I did need to visit it recently to complete an Instacart order. This was my first time doing it at Costco, so I was a little nervous about finding my way around and completing the order. I was so surprised by how pleasant and helpful the employees were whenever I needed help finding something.I also experienced probably the best customer service I've ever received in a long, long time. I had the worst time trying to get the app to get to the payment screen because phone service inside the building is so terrible. The cashier was so patient with me and recommended going outside to try to get a signal. The employees at the door were also really understanding when I asked them about running out and right back in. I wish I had the names of these employees so I could recognize them in this review, but unfortunately I do not. I hope they see this, however, and know that their patience and kindness really made my anxiety much less than it could have been! Thank you so, so much. I'm not sure at this point if I will become a Costco member in the future, but the kindness of these employees definitely makes me want to consider it!”
“I had problems finding a pharmacy with my daughter’s medication in stock. I spoke with Linda and she went to order it for me. The manufacturer of the generic blocked the pharmacy from ordering more. Linda was quick to call me back in regards to the issue and worked with my insurance providers to see if they could fill the name brand medication, which Walmart did have in stock. She got the approval and got it filled the same day. Thank you, Linda, for your outstanding service!”
“over all it's a good store although I will say maybe have a chat with employees specifically the ones who were stocking soda Friday about 3pm about not loudly discussing how high they are and other inappropriate subjects as multiple customers some with kids are in the aisle. no one cares they smoke it up. however they should probably keep it to themselves.”
“I came here for after halloween candy hunting and the guy working there at night was super nice and helpful. He showed me all of the stuff on sale and then chatted with me a bit about my purchases. I don't normally like coming to cvs, but they should continue being nice to the dude working at night, because I would come more often :)”
“When I travel I always look for a Hy-Vee for my room essentials like water etc and Davenport IA had one not far from my great hotel. I just like the store because it's got everything I could want and I like the quality. They have a decent pre made hot food bar at this one along with the cold pre heat foods, no pictures because an employee was there looking at me. The fresh meat section is amazing looking along with the bakery. To me it's like the Chick fil A of grocery stores because the employees are so friendly no matter where I'm at.”

“My Mother recently passed away. When I say I’ve been so down, I cry in every store I go to. Nothing was different when I went into Walgreens to make photos of her. There are 2 employees in the photo department that went way above and beyond to not only listen to me talk about my Mom but they also wanted to know more about her. At some point we all go through something in life and sometimes just having a person listen means the world.”
“I was trying to buy a product cough drops to be exact that were on their website on sale and they were telling me that they were not on sale but I clearly was looking at them I thought I was and my sincere apologies to the manager and the young lady that was helping me I was completely wrong they were so kind and courteous to me and I am just so grateful for their patience with me and I was wrong and wanted to go back and pay the difference and the Mgr said it's just what we do we like to give God customers service. “Need someone who can work with customers to keep them moving on to other pumps other than blocking others to move onto other pumps. Plus they need to encourage customers to stay at the pump. It is not a time to clean out your vehicles. The whole system needs to be rebuilt in another location away from the main entry. Your no turn signs do not work.”
